Excellent potential for growth

Excellent opportunity for career growth and opportunities are plenty to express creativity. System are set and change is hard to impliment. New and fresh ideas are accepted but take a lot of convincing. Change of environment is most welcome but resources are limited and this slow down the process of implantation.

Pros: Potential to learn and grow
Cons: Strict company corporate culture

In recruitment and selection and etc

Day to day work: Dealing with Lob's in terms of Recruitment and Selection, preparing business cases to procure office stationary and replenishments etc. Relations with co-workers, one of my strongest point when coming to employee engagements in terms of facility issues, COIDA, and their day to day concerns about the growth of the organization. Learning curve: in my field of work i've learned that every employee has its own positive and negative opinion about the company and that I have to listen and try to change where I can as an individual. I enjoy everything about my work. Facilities management and Labour relations as I have limited experience on and went for few trainings regards to that.

Pros: n/a
Cons: Dealing with everything as a corporate service officer.

I am a hard worker

I like to start each day by going over my schedule to make sure any calls or meetings I have are top of mind and I get any prep work for those done first thing. I get along well with most personalities. I respect other people's knowledge, experience, and opinion, even if I don't agree. an understanding of the work environment and what employers expect of their workers. an opportunity to explore possible career options. increased self-understanding, maturity, independence and self-confidence. Focus on the positives. Focus on the work rather than the people. It takes time to gain the trust of co-workers to get them on board with your ideas.

Pros: Skills training provided in-house or through outside training centers
Cons: Advantages of a corporation include personal liability protection, business security and continuity, and easier access to capital. Disadvantages of a corporation include it being time-consuming and subject to double assessment, as well as having firm procedures and protocols to follow.

Has the freedom to apply own initiative and technology to reach self set milestones.

The SAPS IT Network environment is large and dynamic. Due to this, every day I realize how much opportunities arise to integrate the available information in such a way that the dynamics can be measured and control. No micro management and ever changing business processes creates the opportunities to be creative and proactive on a continuous basis.

Pros: Great opportunities and ever changing environment.
Cons: Nothing
