In recruitment and selection and etc
Day to day work: Dealing with Lob's in terms of Recruitment and Selection, preparing business cases to procure office stationary and replenishments etc. Relations with co-workers, one of my strongest point when coming to employee engagements in terms of facility issues, COIDA, and their day to day concerns about the growth of the organization. Learning curve: in my field of work i've learned that every employee has its own positive and negative opinion about the company and that I have to listen and try to change where I can as an individual. I enjoy everything about my work. Facilities management and Labour relations as I have limited experience on and went for few trainings regards to that.

Great experience working as field technician
Based onsite technician and attend to calls as I receive them and I travel to other sites around KZN as well. relationship with coworkers is great but its professional. Learnt that working onsite is not the same as being remote technician the dynamics are different. Enjoy the travelling and different environments. Challenging part would be that because there's so many divisions between LAN and WAN staff sometimes just to solve a simple issue takes longer because of that.

With Diploma in Management (Project Management), Advance Diploma in Programme Management from Cranefield, PPM from UNISA, final year doing BA in Administration (major in Project Management) and more than 5 years’ experience in project and programme management, I firmly believe that a combination of this make me an ideal candidate for this role. I enjoyed my work like play.
The company had excellent colleagues who were supportive. The company went through several turnaround strategies and different CEOs, but soldiered on and met my targets because I believed in the future of the company, and when I left was already light at the end of the tunnel.

Day to day service delivery tasks
Every day has its own challenge as one worked individually with clients and traveled most of the time when back at office you enjoyed time with co-worker's when working independent one has to be more clued up with what your doing in that current field talking up new challenges and testing new software and hardware and sort out glitches without any formal training was a daily challenge one has to cope with without any supervision or assistance neither from client or their suppliers or senior staff members job was more added on achieving numbers than a happy customer or up skilling staff to deliver a more sufficient quality type of customer service and a customer dictating and controlling staff and supervisors even taking over management roles and making decisions on their behalf
Pros: No formal learning oppertunerties and lack of management looking after employees
