Microsoft is a very good company to work for. Their growth opportunities is very limiting as they do not have a head office on Cape Town. I wish to stay longer with the company and grow and develop my skills set as I know I can become a great asset to the company

Company does not pay commission
Company has been owing me my commission since March and they don’t know how to solve the problem. No communication. Some of the top executives don’t know how to speak to employees.

Unfair working environment
They don't value their employees and all, underpay us yet we put in efforts for sales. They don't have transparency with their employees, always come up with nonsensical stories to pay us. Always new developments regarding basic, commission they cheat us wholeheartedly, they eat our hard earned commission money. Our colleagues are nice people to work with period. I've learned not to be used and know your worth

The company is a good space to work in. Evetyone is willing to help It has the capacity to help you learn an industry or skills different from from what you are hired to do. There are options to change if one is finding difficulty in the area the work in

A good learning experience
It has its ups and downs but I have learned alot from the years I have been there growth is a huge issues in the company which becomes demotivating to employees as we all want to grow but if there is no growth we loss faith in the company and be come demotivated

Excellent for skills development
Smollan Company gives a good insight into the real world. Teaches basic skills from learning the importance of maintaining good relationships with clients, valuing the chain of functionality and adapting to the companies culture. Great exposure to network interns of attending events and meetings.
