A typical day would be a huddle session and handing orders and placing orders for stores i get along with my coco workers very well i learnt that one needs to focus on work because some mistakes are honestly not necessary I really enjoy giving good customer service Change in systems needs a bit of adapting and that can be a bit of a challenge

Diversity
Working in a company that supports rainbow nations. Our dreams to grow and goals are highly acknowledged. The management team is fully supportive and always there for us, even when it's not work related. We as the field team are working with different individuals on a daily basis, with the training given on customer management, it became an easy job to interact with stores and customers. My colleagues in stores became my family we do not only talk about work, even socials which is in most cases assisting in building and maintaining the relationship.

Good communication skills

Excellent learning curve
I have gained a customer service experience even though the management was not good at all and the treatment was not fair , it was hard to raise a concern to management because if you do then you will be a. Victim of unfair dismissals

Excellent working experience with vast amounts of opportunities to grow
Working hours are flexible Easy communication between employees and management Hourly Rates are good and could sustain a life for a student When traveling far, petrol allowance is reasonable

Growth .
I’m a very energetic person I enjoy experiencing different things . I believe co operation and patients are a great way to win through a day at work . I’m so tiny , most of the time co workers find it easy to work with be Because apparently I make them feel comfortable. I’ve learnt that as a person you’re not always going to find people Who will be exactly what you want them to be , it’s best accepting their differences and always going an extra mile practicing how to be an earthical citizen. I enjoy interacting with people actually. Most challenging aspects ? Lol Haven’t experienced much .

Monotonous, not challenging or enjoyable
ck I have a general lack of interest information my current employment. Line management generally show a lack of consideration for employees who they are responsible. Therefore I am not interested in seeking further employment within fact.

A typical day at work for me would be where I spend a few minutes checking in with my colleagues and checking in to see if they are doing well. We only as strong as our weakest link - we are a team. I then would start unpacking tasks for the day that need to be completed from my list and any urgent ad hoc duties. I have always had good working relationships and have won an award for this. I have learnt at times not to take things too seriously, we cant come out alive. I enjoy the "hum" of creating new things. At my current employer I have been involved in many different projects namely wellness project, excel upskilling for all our managers and the monthly newsletter just to name a few. This has afforded me the opportunity to broaden my skill set and really showcase what I can do and it's been what I enjoy. The most challenging aspect of my job would be delivering outcomes of inquiries to employees, however it still needs to be done

Learning customer service
I do orders and returns, I check my invoices of stock that has be delivered and merchandise it I also do displays to push sales. I make sure my monthly planner reaches or succeeds my traget. I am a peoples person and a team player. I enjoy making decisions and taking risks to improve my sale. Most challenging aspect of my job is getting the store to do the orders and rude customers but I keep clam and are how I can reduce the situation and make it all better
