Company does not pay commission
Company has been owing me my commission since March and they don’t know how to solve the problem. No communication. Some of the top executives don’t know how to speak to employees.

Excellent company
Best company to work for the regional manager was the best,i learned a lot about sales and different people since we were putted on clicks stores it was a bit difficult for staff to accept us but as time goes by they got to know us very well I enjoyed being my own boss the because i know that i have to put my all in order to reach my weekly target

My work mostly comprises of Sales & Enquries I work based on Commision
The Company is not looking afer its employees very well our basic salray has went down ever since we were outsourced to Smollan and our benefits have aslo been reduced. That is basically why iam looking for another job right now.
Pros: Long hours especially during the Festive Season. Also the remunaration is no longer market related.

My FMCG beginnings
I represent my company, clients and I interact with management, colleagues instore, clients and customers from all levels on whats needs to be done to meet targets Interacting and communicating with mention people has taught how to make sales, negotiate, prioritise and to plan ahead. I enjoy representing international products. The most challenaging aspect of this job is working on stores that does not priotise workers safety.

Excellent learning Curve
A typical day would be a huddle session and handing orders and placing orders for stores i get along with my coco workers very well i learnt that one needs to focus on work because some mistakes are honestly not necessary I really enjoy giving good customer service Change in systems needs a bit of adapting and that can be a bit of a challenge

Cons: Growth is not a smooth process, there are some challenges when one trys to move.

Diversity
Working in a company that supports rainbow nations. Our dreams to grow and goals are highly acknowledged. The management team is fully supportive and always there for us, even when it's not work related. We as the field team are working with different individuals on a daily basis, with the training given on customer management, it became an easy job to interact with stores and customers. My colleagues in stores became my family we do not only talk about work, even socials which is in most cases assisting in building and maintaining the relationship.
