Excellent learning curve

I enjoy working for Smollan as an Admin Assistant. We mainly work with deadlines, my emotional intelligence has improvement. We work as a team and there is a lot of pressure especially when the field managers do not submit on time and we have to sit and wait. the only challenging part is that we rely on field managers and merchandisers to provide us with feedback.

Pros: Good compay to improve emotional intelligent and people skills
Cons: growth is slow

Inspiring others through knowledge transfer

I thoroughly enjoy working and uplifting members in the team. I enjoy knowledge transfer and gaining insight into my fellow employees work. A typical work day includes brain storming, working with communication based projects. I enjoy teaching my colleagues design work and mentoring. The challenges i face are poor briefing which is why i create job templates to avoid confusion.

Work experience

I was responsible for sales and merchandise as a field marketer working in trade., retail sector. We used tablets to capture pricing and competitor advantage related audits. I earned about R5000. 00 per month with extra incentive worth R1200. 00 that was awarded to qualifying candidates.

Excellent company

Best company to work for the regional manager was the best,i learned a lot about sales and different people since we were putted on clicks stores it was a bit difficult for staff to accept us but as time goes by they got to know us very well I enjoyed being my own boss the because i know that i have to put my all in order to reach my weekly target

Exellent

I have a good relationship with my co-workers and we learn from one another everyday .I enjoy solving customers problems and helping them everyday . I enjoy coming to work always because it feels like home even though sometimes it too busy .

Growth and excellent learning experience

Excellent learning experience in terms of how to engage customers, deal with conflicts, patients and communications. Learning curve in terms of how to sell and Close deals with great working hours and great people to work with.

Its a great experience

I work to one of the biggest sales and marketing companies in the country ( smollan sales and marketing,) Its a great company with highly skilled employees , its a company with great objectives for its self and its employee, it is a great experience working there , but now its time for a new challenge as Iam serving 7 years now .

Cons: Long hours and unpleasing salary

I need to expand my horizons and take on a new challenge

Ive worked for almost 10yrs at my previous company, I love to challenge myself in the work place my reaching my required targets and accomplishing my desired goals. So am very eager to take on something out of my comfort zone.

Pros: Love working outside of the office, interacting with customers
Cons: Bad management
