work day - long but rewarding strong working relationships and trust must challenging- people and there understanding or preception of things every day provides plenty of growth points and new things to learn and more insight into human behaviour.

Hard worker,panctual,smart,good manner
Hihihi i amso happy to say thisa i was working at spar doing more work and my supervisor and coand managers they were so happy about my worki learnt to cook serving the customers house keeping stcock receiving stcock takibg merchandasing i did enjoy cooking and serving the customers ,my challenge was receiving stock but i learn tthat tooi thank you so much

Excellent place to get experience as well as to learn more if you willing
Spar gives opportunity to people who are willing to learn and advance their careers and you get to learn more as you deal with different people and different personalities. Its a place where you must have a good heart because you dealing with customers that are different in terms of age groups to you must me understanding as well

I have learn to understand different people.
As a cashier at money market I have to help a customers to receive payment with cash ,credit card ,cash up. I learned a lot about a customers to know to smile with a customer ,deal calmly, customer always good and respect customer so that he/she can come tomorrow. I enjoyed to work with people (teamwork)and love them.Challenge its you have misunderstanding with you and customer and must deal that calmy

Excellent learning curve
The job am currently working at made me be a hard worker and a team player,willing to inter act with many people. Am able to multitask with my work and concentrate at your work.

Excellent learning curve,learnt how to interact with people of different cultures and races
The superiors are very disrespectful and uncultured, the insult the workers and treat them like pigs.No overtime and holiday payments the uniform are sold to the employees at dispeakable prices

Excellent learning period
I've been working for Bracken gate superspar for a year now and I've learnt a lot from my manager and my colleagues. Being an employee there has been a bit challenging from where I've worked before cause they do things differently. But what I love about is that you learn to do things indipendently and also the relationship we have with our customers.

Excellent learning
My relationship wit co-workers was the most marvelous relationship because there was no conflict. I learned to work very hard and I most enjoyed the work and for me it was no challenge.
