Excellent working area though had to leave due to personal reasons
It was great working here and enjoyed the time i had with co workers and management. Only had challenges with some moods of customers but since customer is the king i had to cope up with their behaviour. While working here learnt that team work is ideal and to consult before you do something you dont know is ideal since at work we faced various tough moments.

Not growing
The company has new ownership, and has lost a lot of clients, management keeps changing, there is no room for growth as employees. Customers are always asking if we are closing down, because there is no stock. Some co-workers we are but some we are not because they come from outside the company and been given better jobs.
Pros: Great opportunity for experience
Cons: Long hours, no over time pay

Nice environment with team work ,most challenging treatment are not same to our manager
Environment working on spar is nice,team work,learn different cultures nomes & traditional, respect some cultural beliefs,some learning the treatment are not same to other manager are bcz of the race that was only worse part .& Long working hours with no paid.. sometimes..but spar provide staff party ..end of the year & bonus
Pros: Yes promotion is available if u work hard to show urself cause i got 3 promotion for work in different derpartment

Satisfying all the customers an keep our employeer happy.
To make sure we are well organise an well presented to serve always the best quality to the customers that visit our store. To make sure we always put the fresh products on our shelf an assist every customer an make sure they find what they were looking for. Always make sure we are always on time an always ready for any day of the week.
Pros: Willing to give everything it takes to make something of my self.

Great experience in the working field bbb
It all started with just getting some job experience but turned out to be an amazing journey thus far. It has shaped me into a better,not independent individual who has learnt a lot from co-workers,who are the most friendly and supportive people! During my time at Wartburg Spar I have become more compatible with customers and also have gained more computer literacy. It was a tough journey but I have managed to pull through which indicates that I have the ability to work under pressure and stress,and I'm great working as a team. I personally feel every job will be boring with some sort of task that stresses you out,after all its only positive stress and it's you wanting the best for your organization.

Excellent
I was working well with my co-worker. If we don't understand each other or what we were doing the supervisor will come and assist us until he's sure that we got it right. We work as a family if in our team someone is behind we help them so that we can knock off at the same time. There's more knowledge and skills that I learn from my colleagues being friendly with customers it's the keys, listening to each other .

Experience
Sales, sales and more sales was the driving force behind being a buyer at SPAR North Rand. Buying became a secondary function to driving sales targets. The company had a wonderful family feel and the people were amazing. The job changed over the last 2 years and this was the major challenge
