Introduction to Retail
• I have to my credit I have experienced first-hand the intricacies of dealing with retail, from the day to day HR/IR operational duties to the sensitive emotional employee wellbeing during various transitions. I believe and practice the idea and process that HR Management, Training and Development can be used as a strategic approach of acquiring, developing, managing and motivating people. It’s about gaining the commitment of the key resources – the people who work in and for it. I am serious about delivering my best in all things.

Excellent
I was working well with my co-worker. If we don't understand each other or what we were doing the supervisor will come and assist us until he's sure that we got it right. We work as a family if in our team someone is behind we help them so that we can knock off at the same time. There's more knowledge and skills that I learn from my colleagues being friendly with customers it's the keys, listening to each other .

Excellent learning , excellent customer orientation, excellent communication written and verbal.
During work some other days are quite more difficult in a such a way that you will find yourself in a corner that you might just leave the job immediately, but persevere does pay indeed . working with my co-workers is very enjoying in each day I learn how to behave with each colleague. The thing I really enjoyed most is part of serving customers, dealing with new and existing one smoothing third behaveral challenge. The challenging aspect is long standing working hours , the whole day standing serving customers

Good learning
Basic work day with being allowed to make certain decisions but also asked to work as a merchandiser as store is not adequately staffed. Staff always get the better of management even if they do wrong. I once caught a person stealing with proof on camera and she was given a break and later promoted to manager as well

Works well with customers
I’m quick to seize new ideas and concepts, and to develop innovative solutions to problems. I’m also able to work well on initiatives and can demonstrate high levels of motivation required to meet deadlines. Even under significant pressure, I possess a strong ability to perform effectively. A hard worker who is always looking for a challenge and eager to learn, I have developed a mature & responsible way of approaching any task I undertake.
