My relationship wit co-workers was the most marvelous relationship because there was no conflict. I learned to work very hard and I most enjoyed the work and for me it was no challenge.

Work review
Relationship with co-workers are good we work as team. I have learnt many new things in the new environment. Everyday is different, we are always busy especially towards year end preparing for Christmas. I enjoy the most about this is I got to meet new people work in a lovely environment & I enjoy the challenge it came with.

Receiving stock
receiving stock on a daily basis. mundane and boring . staff are always polite and to the point. but management are always shouting , swearing and forgetting they're duties but the owners let them get away with murder lower employed are not treated with respect at all.
Pros: shorter hours on werk ends

Learnt how to take responsibility for certain
I learnt to work over time and as a team. Sharing tasks and having good communication skills(verbally and physically) . Offering good customer service always and been responsible too

Excellent
I started working at spar on the 22 april 2016. I was employed to work as a merchandiser at the perishables. I have an excellent relationship with the staff and have a good customer service. I was thought to do office job invoices an to the price to, create labels, downloud orders and to make claims.
Pros: i am good in creating displays for promotion items

Excellent learning curve
I enjoy working at spar but unfortunately my contract is about to expire as Iam a learner there.Ihave gained a lot of experience there,I worked as a server in a deli, so i dealt with different customers and treat them in a humble way.I also worked at parcel counter and i learned to be careful and accurate and to recognise people. I worked at the till as well Ilearned to do cashbacks ,to transfer money,Ialso learned to do a quick pay ,like transfering money outside south Africa things like mukuru,hello paise etc, and to assist people in paying bills,like dstv,home choice,municipality,avon atc. My relationship with staff is very good. The most challenging part is when there is no network and someone transfers the money and the massage with voucher number doesnt go through and customer come back and fights not understanding what happens.

Good learning experience
Busy store with more or less 500 customers per day. challange to keep store up to standard and working with staff. learn to keep calm and take it as it comes. Learnt to make quick desicions and trust my instinct
