My typical work day entails: - brainstorming ideas to digitize the tax space - review of country tax submissions - ongoing support to country tax managers on ad-goc issues raises - Training to tax managers on new implementations - Regular sessions with the country tax managers to keep abreast of legislation changes and current tax matters in country - servicing the requirements of SBG stakeholders

Excellent learning curve
. I have been with Standard Bank for 11 years and the journey has been amazingly great. I have acquired a lot of experience and skills both in Personal and Business Banking. This valuable experience has afforded me the opportunity to: • To provide efficient and effective financial services to our customers. • To Communicate and explain the benefits of the Customer Value Proposition to the customers to optimise customer service and value to the Bank embed and promote the sales and service model. • To ensure that the customer’s banking needs are proactively identified and fulfilled efficiently and cost effectively. • To maintain a high level of integrity and ethical standards.

Opening accounts. Personal loan application. Vehicle finance application. Enquiries. Email and telephone controller. I have enjoyed working with defferent customers especial that i m coming from rural areas sone of clients dont understand anything with banking so i have to start from scratch educating them

Excellent learning curve
Supervising a team in the personal market space and driving the team to acquire new business I have a good relationship with my co workers and my team I have learnt leadership skills, aggressive selling and working well with a team I enjoy the most in seeing a customer's day being made and giving that excellent customer service to a customer and resolving a query to a customer's satisfaction. The challenging aspect of my job is getting the Sales, The economy is affecting the business, but it takes the passion and courage to go out there and make it work

Great learning experience.
A typical day for me is assisting customers with opening up banking accounts as well as other banking related services. My co-workers and I have a great relationship and they have helped me tremendously. They always push me to do my best. I have learned how to deal with difficult customers, show empathy and try to help them to the best of my ability. What I enjoy most about the experience is that each and everyday is a learning opportunity with different challenges. The most challenging aspect the job would be dealing with difficult customers.

I am a dedicated and reliable person who is well organized and able to work under pressure and tight conditions. I am able to work as an individual and also in a team. The company that i worked for taught me to live the values which one of them is respecting co-workers, and respecting their views without judging, i have learned to do what i'm supposed to do even under pressure, prioritize and keeping customers information confidential.i enjoyed having buddies and competing among each other in order to reach our goals and in that way it taught me to understand the co workers in a personal and work space, we also had team build the momentum and the team spirit so that we can be renewed mentally and physical to be able to manage to get all that we supposed to do in order The below serves as the key competencies that i have learned through my experience with other companies including Standard bank, i My position challenge me on a daily bases since i meet different people with different personalities
