My employer of choice

I learnt the most during my stay and made a positive contribution as well. This is indeed a great place to work. There are ample opportunities for promotion and gaining varied experience if one applies themselves.

Pros: Apply yourself and you’ll go far.
Cons: The more you can take/absorb the more is expected on your plate.

Excellent learning curve

Greater experience in what is involved in the banking industry and it has taught me a lot about how one maintains their credit profile and what is involved in lending products . i am a team player and take pride in my work and also do it to my best ability . My job is very versatile as i need to put myself in clients shoes most of the time as some find themselves in a contractual agreement signed which they never understood

Pros: Great opportunities for promotion
Cons: Long hours

Excellent learning curve

Supervising a team in the personal market space and driving the team to acquire new business I have a good relationship with my co workers and my team I have learnt leadership skills, aggressive selling and working well with a team I enjoy the most in seeing a customer's day being made and giving that excellent customer service to a customer and resolving a query to a customer's satisfaction. The challenging aspect of my job is getting the Sales, The economy is affecting the business, but it takes the passion and courage to go out there and make it work

Pros: Great staff benefits and opportunities for growth
Cons: working on Weekends

Excellent learning curve

It was my first time to work at the information technology department of Financial Institution. What I I liked with the company is their culture. It is a company that has a diverse workforce up and including disabled, LGBIT and Foreigners. Though there was no clear suceccion plan for most is the middle managers, opportunities available in other business units were properly and promptly communicated and advice given by senior management on how to position yourself for that specific opportunity.

Pros: None
Cons: None
