Good company to work for lots of benefits . Good hours Management is not the best but working there with the benefits are good. Good people. Company has alot to offer there is growth potential in other departments and unable to see what I'm typing so the rest is not to clear

In need of a different challenge
I have been with my current employer for the past 9 years I need a different challenge. I'm at a point where i know everything about my job and its not challenging or exciting anymore. I enjoy interacting with people ans looking after them and ensuring that all their HC needs are met, however i need personal growth outside the company since i have been there for over 9 years now.

Hi high high volume of cash pay out to various clients, team work is high recommended which daily communications between management and fallow team members and what is more challenging is solve problems between two teams

It’s challenging dealing with customers on a daily basis but having a team that works together makes it more enjoyable and you learn to be patient and understand that each person is different.

Excellent learning curve
On a daily basis, I check my emails, and Jira and do follow-ups on issues raised or business requirements. I work in an agile environment where I sit next to a developer, business analyst and tech lead.

Project Support Office Manager
Been in a project environment there is never a dull moment - a very fast paced (always need to be ready). I would like to think that I have a great relationship with my co-workers especially working in a big team you always need to be seen as approachable. I have learnt not to take things personal and that we are in a constantly changing environment. I enjoy interacting with various types of people. The most challenging aspect of my job is the changing environment as one builds relationships with people.
