I have enjoyed working with defferent customers especial that i m coming from rural areas sone of clients dont understand anything with banking so i have to start from scratch educating them

Thers always a room for learning
It a great working environment The most thing that I enjoyed is that we were working as a team .if maybe one of us is stocked somewhere weather were assisting each other

Best days of my life working for the company.The experience was excellent and there were great opportunities for promotions. Working hours are also not bad

It was a good learning curve
I loved working there as the hour were not long ,the stuff is friendly and management has an open door policy ,I loss learnt to work under pressure as it kept me on mi toes and in control,

Learning experience
The culture and work space is amazing, I get to learn from everyone in the office. They are friendly people, willing to help and teach. We get along and its a fun environment to be around. I have learnt account analysis, customer interaction and engagement, working under pressure. I have learnt how to challenge myself and how to push myself, multi tasking and team work. I enjoy being in the work space, learning from them and client engagement. The client aspect and understanding the need has been challenging but great because it has pushed me.

Working with people
i get along with everyone we get support from the team leader and my manager.I work well under pressure.I leant a lot because i can do ATM'S loading atm's(ATM CUSTODIAN) i can be a treasury custodian.I enjoy interacting with customers selling company products.Working with money is not easy you can make mistakes if you not concentrating on what you doing so you need to be vigilant and work accurate.
Pros: Std bank is a great company to work for.We get a lot of benefits and staff discounts.
Cons: i like the hours and we dont work during holidays
