Excellent learning curve
A typical day involves client interations with an emphasis on what the clint requires and how we as a bank can hlp the client to acchive financia goos.Relationship with co workers is exellent on accoub=nt of the support we give to one another.What i have leanrt most is to apprcaite thta time waits for no one and the clients are our key assts in the business.Also thta customer servivice is the differentiator

Standard Bank
We're currently under retrenchment. Overall Standard Bank is one of the best companies I've worked for. They take pride in their image and values. They take care of there personnel. They have an excellent learning program. It is unfortunate that we had to be retrenched.

Challenging fast paced environment
A company with diverse cultures that create unique challenges and opportunities for individuals to find an environment best suited to them. Colleagues are always friendly and open to guide and support new arrivals no matter which segment of the business you are involved in. I mostly enjoyed the interaction with colleagues from all walks of life and differing backgrounds which allowed for great growth in understanding what makes people tick.

Great Business Partner
I have extensive experience in Business Partnering, having been exposed in Consulting, Talent Management, Recruitment, IR, etc. I work as a generalist employee and with lots of projects and ad hoc request.One of my strength is building relationships and have good and trusting relationship with colleagues. Learning is an everyday thing in my work as each day provides a different challenge.

I have a training and managerial experience
I work in the insurance environment Daily stats ( Calls, New work, Output and Closure) I distribute new work to each team member I authorize payments and settlement offers daily handle complaints and queries from clients, staff and service providers I assist with call volumes in necessary I coach and guide staff daily with the work. One on one discussion monthly monthly meetings with the service providers plan strategy for the following week and monthly. authorization for closure of claims Update work force management - logins and log outs of staff Create training material for Collections
