Building relationships

The customer interaction is one the things I enjoy ,because this is where you get to know your cstomers better and be able to build business relation that are beneficial for the business .During the interaction you meet challenges whereby you need to learn from them and also involve your team for assistance and guidance. Having a good working relationships is important it makes the job easier and manageable. When dealing with people's finances it us imports the to keep time and prioritise the work load.The most thing is the willingness to learn and adapt to different environments. Dive

Excellent learning curve

My job is challenging, stressful and demanding but most of all its exciting. A typical day consists of me helping different customers and making sure I go above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and meet daily targets. One of my employer's principles is "Respecting each other" this creates an environment of peace and respect amongst colleagues, working as a team to achieve desired goals. I learned self discipline, hard work and dedication, doing your job will get you your paycheck but will not grow your career, however going over and beyond to benefit both the company and the clients will make grow your career fast. Our customer base was 80% Elderly customers. The biggest challenge was to get them to switch to digital banking.

i am a person like to face with new differnce challege everyday

1. Typical work that we use to do at my current job as I'm at the bank we verify the employees and the cars if are the right cars to came inside the cash center even the visitors if is right one by using cameras another thing we operating the doors and gates by using the system. 2. My relation with my co-workers is good was good because our job needs communication. 3. I learnt that to work as team with my co-workers was make job so smooth and easy. 4. To came with a solution if there is something need help. 5. I feel bad if somebody need help and i end up not getting the solution that is why by all means i try to make sure that the person get assistant.

Pros: If there is opportunies i don't mind to grow because the more i have opportunies is the more i grow with the company.
Cons: To working long hours is not a problem to me because even now i work 12 hours.

Standard Bank its a create company to work for, high quality multi-cultural organisation and place of work. - performance management its divided accordingly and allows opportunity to improve yourself daily. - A good relationship its key and encouraged through various activities to embrace team work. - I have learned skills such as, People skills, managerial skills, intellectual, emotional skills and how to behave as an adults within and outside the organisation. - Always keen to win and learn how other business operate and to know competitors much better. - (Sales) and I hope its most challenging area in any financial institution, only if you keep basics you will come right. serve to sell, listen to your customer, right sell and do things right the first time and also keep customers well informed.

I am well paid and needed to grow by understanding other industries.

I always start my day on high note and always positive. A team player of note. I always enjoy giving solutions to my customers. Enjoying enabling my team to do work efficiently. Challenges are when I deal with systems technical problem that hinder me to give customer a solution.

Excellent inivating and exciting

Every day at my current job is a challenge. You never know the attitude the client on the other side will have but it is a honour to assist each and every client with satisfaction friendliness and the right attitude that they remember your name and come back for more. I love challenges and each job is unique and allows me to reach more of my potential. I am excellent at what I do and love to love work. Because we work with systems and codes it can get difficult to assist a client that doesn't understand but where is gets lovely is with persistence that light shines ones eureka has been hit. Now that is a client you keep. The one you had patience respect and understanding for.People are the future of a company and a continent. If you make a difference in just 1 person a weeks life just think of the possibility there is if someone else adopt your attitude. We can start changing the world one by one.

Pros: I get to work with diffrent clients and diffrent characters and diffrent solutions
Cons: I travel alot and not always at home.
