Done my PERSAL course and busy with BAS and LOGIS
It is great department with a lot of challenges when conducting survey and looking up to fleet. Have a good relationship with co-workers, because we mange to work as team and be able to help each to reach our goals.My department is wide range as I'm under corporate services that have many functions ie. Finance, HR, Fleet and Asset. I enjoy my everyday task to be able to communicate with third parties involve in the company. And the challenging is where the survey officers ignore the policies of using the company assets.

It was a good remarkable journey to work for statistics SA the duties we had to do have challenging but yet good to experience,we had a good team but unfortunately the contract ended.

I was collecting data from the people
I was collecting vital information from the community. I was enjoying working with people and i have learned to be patient with different types of people. Also to handle a lot of pressure at the same time.

Great opportunity for development
Even though working under pressure but that has made me tpgrow and to enjoy my work so much the only thing that is challenging is that my family is in Durban so most of the time I take leave to attend to family issues

Hard work. Patience, dedication and communicating skills. Time Management and Active Listening
Favourable working hours. We get to work at our own favourable working hours. We worked unsupervised. Company provided training so there was no experience needed. We Equipment was given for work so it was comfortable we didn't struggle. They provided the reflectors that had company logo so we were easily identified

Population Analyst
It is a very good working environment. With pontential to growth career wise. However, the work becomes repeatative. I have learnt a lot of statistical softwares. I am able to to apply different research methodologies on several stages of the survey. I became confident in presenting research findings. I have improved in writing research reports for organizations and for journal publications.
