Standards Developer
Desk top research, attending and chairing meetings. Good relationship with employees that I manage, I have leaned how to be pantual, creative communication and research skills. I enjoy working group meeting where ideas are bounced. Getting consensus among stakeholders for approval of the projects.

Good working relationship with core worker and subordinates
- Drafting of operational plans and monitoring performance by team members. -Interacting with both internal and external stakeholders. -Building a better relationship with co-workers. - Data analysis using SAS. Corporate culture. diversity in the work place. Leadership. Communication. Quality Control measures. Presentation skills. Data collection. I enjoy about informing the public about the financial status of local government institutions, interpretation of results and team work. The most challenges aspects of the job is working with respondents who do not respond on time. Short deadlines. Sometimes working long ours due to shortage of resources.

A good trying learner
I normally like to work with people, solve personal problems that might affect work, provide advises when necessary. Can work under pressure to meet dead lines per day, ensuring that no work can pile for another day. I have learnt that having clean where you stay, it gives me an opportunity to like a clean office. I enjoy working with people, at the same time I can work alone when necessary and I do not have problems. I almost challenged working with difficult people.

A very good place to learn more and put the experience acquired in action
What i enjoy the most here is the collection of data, the relationship with the colleagues is amazing, it is like we are family and that keep our duties flowing. I have learned a lot here, things like time keeping, reaching target and being useful in team works. The only thing that challenges me is the classification that we do

Excellent start to a developing career
I am part of the marketing division as such I partake in dissemination of Stats SA data sets through analysis of the different data sources and disseminate the data as processed information using different Statistical software namely: STATA (version 14), SAS (Enterprise guide and Base SAS), and I also performed a number of Spatial analysis on the data to check spatial variations in the data across the country through Geographic Information Software (GIS) : ArcMap and QGIS, furthermore we export and interpret the results into the various Microsoft office packages.

I am currently working as a principal economist at Statistics South Africa. My responsibilities are and not limited to; conducting research and providing input on formulation of economic policies to improve short term economic indicators.
