We are working in Foskor mine. We have 10 Komatsu rigid trucks, HD785-7 and HD465-7. 2 Liebherr 984 Excavators and 1 PC1250 Komatsu Excavator. We are working in open cast mine

I have learned so much about tailling mining,and experience.
my working site is a tough envaroment,but still i enjoy working there with my team,and i work for twelve hours night shifts and day shifts,we do target work per shift,and most challenging aspects is weather,its very dificult to when its raining or windy.i learned how to put together a pipe,how pump station operates,and all other duties related to tailling mining.
Pros: boilermakers,fitters and electricians who look after the pump station

Task execution
My daily routine on site is to assess the area of work prior work commence and discuss relevant administration documents to employees and of course with assistance to their site Supervisor. WE as site management, ensure that all personal on site takes part to reduce the level of incidents on site by reporting the unsafe act and conditions ( brother's keeper). what I really enjoy most is the commitment of all top management, lower management and going down to the workforce when ensuring that SAFE Production is produced and all persons goes home safe without any harm.last but not least, I personally have not yet seen a job without challenges but a TEAM always wins,and that is how we manage to succeed all the time.
Pros: The organisation taught me a lot of things and I am still grateful for the opportunities they gave me. I belive it is only fair for one to learn on other field go safety to be able to achieve.

Good
I enjoyed team working and reaching targets I learned to work in all aspects levels ,to tacle any job from labour to management in order to always win as ateam ,and helping in all department, iI enjoyed quality inspection the most because its were u meet the clients and able to know more about their expectations,also to ressolve disputes among the team. The most challenging aspects is when we get a non conformance report ,meetings and evaluating problems.

Excellent learning curve
A typical day will consist of a simple toolbox talk, making sure everyone knows what to do and work safely. Go through the program and update it accordingly and work productivities for the day and the whole week. I have a good relationship with my co-workers since I have good communication skills. I have learnt alot in my job especially about standing up for yourself and be firm in decision making, mostly being pro-active in all situations and planning. I enjoy to be on the commercial side of engineering and design. Challenging things in my job is the moving around due to projects as well as being on site and its conditions like working late shifts and being in a male dominated environment.

Escellent learning curve
the company is well established. Enjoyable to work with employees and they are freindly. They make my day to day work very smooth and effective.I am happy to be part of Stefanutti Stock Structure because is the company that allows me to share my ideas to learn and apply my strategies. I love people here they'reso welcoming and friendly. The best mentor and Supervisor too. I'm indeed greatful considering me in this opportunity.

More challenging working enviroment.
I enjoy working at my company and I relate good with employees reporting directly and indirectly to me.I deal with IR related matters on a daily basis and always ensure that I resolve issues before they become IR risks. I am also engage with trade union on a daily basis and enjoy handling disciplinary hearings from the start to finish. The most challenging aspect of my job is when line managers are doing short cut when disciplining employees on site and have to challenge it at CCMA or CDR.

Excellent administrator
