I did enjoy working under contractions. I did lean a lot. An I was still leaning a lot every time. I was working very well with my co-worker. And enjoying working with them. Cause I'm a hard worker an expert everybody around me to do the same. I like facing some challenge s cause I lean a lot from it. Cause I prefer to Solve the problem now.

Excellent learning Curve
I liaise between the Project/Contracts Manager (assisting him with regard to projects execution as per Company policies/Procedures) and the Technical disciplines that are involved in the Project (ensuring effective communications between Engineering-Technical-Construction), I am the 1st point of contact on Technical related issues on the offsite and onsite issues. I am incharge of Performance management of our Subcontractors involved on my current Project (Setting Priorities and I ensure that Jobs are constructed according to project plans by being a link between Client-Vendor-Site Technical Team). My Roles and responsibilities aren't limited to the above mentioned, in short I do Inter-discipline coordination to ensure that targets are met. See less

Achieve target set by client
I work seven to five six days a week, at time we do work extended hours. Team builder and a good mentor is one of my strong/positive attributes. I do have a good working relationship with co-workers and build professional relationship with client. I enjoy auditing, conducting inspections in essence contractor management in a nutshell. The most challenging part is when there is an accident one need to be pro-active and lead, organize until injured person receive prompt medical treatment.

Hard worker
I’m a hardworking man; I am a Level 2 WELDING AND Fabrication Inspector with relevant NDT qualifications. I have been working as a QA/QC Manager. I’m confident in my work; I can work as individual or as a member of a team. I’m very reliable, trustworthy, great leader. My goal for the future is to know all possible fields of construction and be the best possible Project Manager.

HR Director
I am currently employed as Business Unit Human Resources Director within Stefanutti Stocks Building with 8 regions reporting into my position from an HR functional point of view; 5 of them being within RSA and the remainder in Africa (SADC). Due to its regional footprint, the organization operates through a typical functional/line structure, as well as on a matrix basis. My current position requires me to be a well-rounded HR Generalist, with specialist experience in all of the HR functions. It's furthermore a very dynamic and diverse environment and I'm required to deal with employees and stakeholders at all levels. Being an innovative and solutions orientated person by nature, allows me to operate at optimal levels in a very challenging environment. I have learned very ealry in my career that to successful as an HR practioner, one needs to understand the business of business, as well as the business processes very well to make a constructive contribution, not only as HR, but as a business partner.

I joint Stefanutti Stocks in 1996 and worked my way up to Senior Quantity Surveyor.
The best company i have ever worked for ,they look after their employees . They also reward good performance. There are challenges and we as a team on site brainstorm these challenges and resolve them. There are also a great relationship between management , clients and sub-contractors. The thing i enjoy most is to see a satisfied client with a in time and in budget. Also to meet our allowable s and profit margins. What i have learnt is that the harder you work the more successful you will become and it becomes easier to achieve goals.

I am person a person who is willing to working and give 100 percent to her job
What I like working at my current coming is it has taught me how to handle challenges and how to be able to do different types of jobs because at times we are forced to do more jobs, What I hate the most is that recognition or growth is never given to people who most deserves it and it prove to be a challenge because you work hard and you give your best to what you do, What I love the most is I am a people's person I get along with everybody, and you will never catch me in fights I just love being happy that is all I am about.
