Always keen to learn new task

It has always been a busy day managing employees reaching targets everyday managing plant booking inspection through engineers making sure that all inspection are ready and on time

Learning curve

It's big company but less chance of growing up need to change the management company and put strategy planning for the future purpose mission vision and goals so that they can make more profit

Working hours long sometimes short.Not every week is the same always busy and on the go.

The company always get work and keeps a core team busy from big construction jobs,short turn around jobs and shut downs. Never a boring day that i can remember of and managment always there to help.

Excellent learning Curve

I liaise between the Project/Contracts Manager (assisting him with regard to projects execution as per Company policies/Procedures) and the Technical disciplines that are involved in the Project (ensuring effective communications between Engineering-Technical-Construction), I am the 1st point of contact on Technical related issues on the offsite and onsite issues. I am incharge of Performance management of our Subcontractors involved on my current Project (Setting Priorities and I ensure that Jobs are constructed according to project plans by being a link between Client-Vendor-Site Technical Team). My Roles and responsibilities aren't limited to the above mentioned, in short I do Inter-discipline coordination to ensure that targets are met. See less

Career advancement.

This is a branch of a big company and is sometimes overlooked in terms of support and opportunities. I would like to gain more experience as I feel I have reached the ceiling in this company and my manager does not seem to be able to promote all of us to seniors as we currently do not have other jobs ongoing. I need to run my own jobs and I believe I have the experience and I have the know how of all the requirements and will excel at any project offered to me at this time. I want to do more and I miss the job satisfaction I was getting when I arrived at the company.

Good at teaching communication in the workplace
