Great company with great culture
Worked long hours usually from 6h00 to about 19h00. Had a great relationship with all employees, up and down. Was exposed to some very large projects and there was always opportunity to learn and grow.

Excellent learning curve
learn a lot from Like any construction site, everyday has its own challenges and is hectic, the team you work with has a lot to do with the success of the day and your individual success. I am lucky to be working with this team as they inspire and help me grow. I have learnt a lot working for this company and I have been exposed to a lot of new stuff as people who in turn has also moulded and shaped me to become the person that I am today either by encouraging me or throwing me with challenges. I really enjoy the working environment and the people I work with. The most challenging aspect of this job is to reach the targets set by the management team, sometimes one cannot achieve his or her target due to certain circumstances but at the end of the day the job needs to get done and we all have to play our part.
Pros: Opportunity are available for promotion, you just need to work hard

Excellent Learning Curve
I had a great experience working for this big construction company. I have learned so much about people and how an organisation operates. I have learned about teamwork and also taking responsibility on my own. I am studying part time Safety Management and would prefer a career in Occupational Health and Safety.

Learning curve
Working wit good people and learning more on troubleshoot hydraulics and electrical I enjoy doin engines more and troubleshoot. Most chllengine is what I earn every month

My daily task at job was starting with toolbox talk check on checklist and sign off DSTI'S before 09h00 in morning to insure every thing was included in and workers understand there scope and the hazards . Site observations during day and update hours for the day with man power

Excellent learning experience
I was working with a brilliant team and it qas a great experience and received a lot of support crom senior managementand the people that i was incharge of basically understood And respected me and my level and leadership. It was a great experience and would do it again and again as there was always something new every day that tou learn about. .
