Learned a lot since joined the company
I took my work seriously and was very good with my customers being staff members. Was doing all hr duties including recruitment from start to end. I enjoyed working with people as well as solving problems whereby staff would leave my office. Most of the time worked alone without manager but at the end everything went well never got any complaints. Everything which I was doing I learned from the company and it was great.
Pros: they never considered me for promotion but have to show new managers the ropes
Cons: hours were good was office hours except when I have to read deadline

In order to improve myself individually, i will attend courses and training to improve on my skills
Im currently working in a casino as a cashier and also as a count attendant. With experience of more than 3 years as a cashier, im positive i can survive in any institute or banking industry.working with people is a bit challenging but i have learnt to master dat perfectly
Pros: Im open to any courses to improve myself and as a team il be working with
Cons: I dont mind working overtime, as im used to it

Fast learner
I consider myself a fast learning, hard working individual, who is loyal, honest and reliable and work well under pressure. Furthermore, I am patient and considerate with regards to working with others and dealing with clients. I have good peoples’ skills and communicate well with others. Also, I am passionate about the Sun International Brand and what we stand for. I am dedicated and eager to learn to better my experience. I take responsibility in my personal development and growth and look forward to new challenges.

Casino Management
Overall management of the financial float of the casino and cashiering departments with a staff complement of 54 reporting to me on a shiftly basis. I am responsible for the HR, Admin, Guest relations, FIC reporting, Personnel recruitment as well as IR functions including chairing hearings on a daily basis. I am approachable to my staff and interested in them as people and not just employees. I enjoy the interaction as well as solving the more complex issues encountered in a Finance/Hospitality environment where one must find creative solutions that are both compliant as well as client friendly.

Growth place
Less hours which less pay which kills me so much because I can't afford to pay my expenses.Anyway it very good place to kickstart your career because it has got some of best chefs which they can teach you wonderful things.It is a very well organized.

Everyday is a challenge and self motivate is the key to success
I am the person that run my employer's business like my own business. I believe in what I am doing in business that can enhance others. in that version I always comes to the top of my sales performance. In the past I have quite numbers of achievements. I made my way up to the top in Jordan language school in Taiwan. In South Africa in Altech Autopage store in Centurion mall, I rank up that store to top 2 in the country of 500 stores national wide in sales. in Mocet I did rank up the sales figures, rank up my position to CEO.

Personal growth
Assisting the IT engineer in tasks relating to Gaming, Hospitality and General user application issues that are Part of the Gaming industry. Troubleshooting network issues and monitoring AP's .Checking that back ups are successful. Making sure that Audits are up to date and correct. I had great working relationship with my CO workers, what i enjoy the most was interaction with people when there is big event like you UFC events. what i have also learn is to be myself and not be afraid to ask questions. The most challenging the thing have experience was when there is server down time or our internet line is down, this big problem cause casino needs to operate 24/7... downtime means less money for company. I have also learn not overthink and work under pressure.

Excellent learning curve.
Placing orders with suppliers Ensuring that suppliers are paid on time, updating prices on the system Loading new supplier, requesting BEE certificate I work great with my co-workers, we are a family away from home. we support each other and learn so much from one another. I have learnt that policies and procedure are the most important aspect when working with cash and suppliers, there is no short cut when it comes to this two. Most Challenging aspects - People trying to bypass the system by bringing supplier that do not meet the company profile and want to force the loading. Enjoyed most - reminding Food and Beverage department about the company policy.
Pros: Great opportunity.
Cons: i have been with the company for almost 8 years now, need something new.

Online study
I work as an guest service attendant and ,I deliver a customer service on daily basis it is challenge but not the way I want it to challenge me I have been to their position for 6 years and I see my self managing or less supervising my team at this point in time. that is why I need to move to a company that is going to recognise my effort and service and put me in a sport light but not only for me but for their company as well.
