I am willing to learn and develop myself in HR career.

I my department we work as a team and we assist each other which I enjoyed. I am used to my job and I enjoy it but I have to move on now. I meet different guests on a daily bases with different attitudes. Since my job is to monitor all their actions as well as the staff, I experience different characters that behave so differently. I experiencing guests cheating on our games. Some they place late bets and some still the other people's bets.

Pros: The is no development where I work. I've been doing the same job for almost 12 years no promotions.
Cons: I don't have problem working long hours. I've been working 12 hours shift all these years.

Growth potential and experience

It is a great company to work for, lots of knowledge gained but the is lack of room for growth. I have gained a lot of knowledge when it comes to customer service and time keeping. It has been a great learning curve and experience. I will miss my fellow co workers, they have been a lot of support and offered a lot of advice.

Pros: great learning opportunities
Cons: no room for growth
