I am a hard working person
I am working in a gambling company with more than 500 people. My duties are recruitment and induction, training, handling of disciplinary hearings , attending to ccma cases and attend to all labour related matters
Pros: Working for Supabets is very challenging but interesting. I do the screening of people and do the interviews.
Cons: I work normal hours from 8-4

Its good place to start working
its a busy place. with customers coming and place a bet. well everyday its busy day sincewell you basically betting for people and the games are always playing each and every hour the is a game. its a very good place to meet people and if you can multi task its a great place to be there.. i have learn that a team play its important thing as we work with customer that are always in a hurry. .. helping customer getting what they want make me happy...while they win..i knw i have put food in someone table. make my day bright...becouse sme of the people who play..they dont have an income. depend on playing soccer or lotto to get money for food or rent.. so working at supabets have made me realised that this place is helping a lot of people beside me.. basically its a great place to start your job people are very welcome and loving...

I'm honored by the opportunity Supabets granted me. They gave me a chance to grow and learn that life is not an easy road. They maybe me see how strong I am ,they maybe me release the woman in me.

Excellent company
Working with customers making sure they are satisfied always. It is not a good working environment. High risk of being fired no supporting working structure the company policies are not followed and also the work structure is not of professional

Busy environment
Supabets is always busy all the time it a has customer after customer so it is not a place for lazy people. While you work at supabets you also adjust and start to be a hard worker in helping customer and able to learn how to communicate well with any customer and leave them satisfied.

I am a fast learner
I serve plenty customers at work we deal with gambling soccer and lotto for customers. I have a good relationship with my colleagues and superiors . I have learnt that a customer is always right and I have to try by all means to put a smile in every customer and people I work with. I enjoy working in peace I hate drama. it is very bad being shouted by a customer it can change your mood completely.
Pros: i work very well with customers so i have been given certificate for good customer service

I am a person who like to focus on details, to take my time to make sure my work done succesfuly day by day..when it comes to communiacation I know my self I am the best.. this position is suitable for me becouse I have a skill In computer work and my experiance can count.in my experianc I learnt how to treat worker and encourage tham to get job done..i am friendly and honest woman in co-workers...to keep work station clean and tidy it is very important.. I am able to use computer,micro soft exc,and micro soft word faxing,scanning documents is my game im very good when is comes to office work..i like to work to another company to improve my skills n expiriance...
