Just a waste
I've learned nothing but how discriminating management can be,being ill treated and your hard work no appreciated.Top management does not consider the growth of black employee instead they will just bring a white guy to be a manager and worse they load around and do nothing at work,company advertises posts and yet they say it's a promotion with no pay whenever you question them,they threaten you about dismissal

Working with people has been a great pleaaure to boast my knowledge in different aspects.
I've learnt to work with people/customers and co-workers good relationship I have with them. The challenges one can experience is dealing with an angry customer,shortages. We work long hours and get paid a small amount of money. Its hard to work and put all efforts and power to your job but paid less. Everyone complain cause we have no holidays we work week in and out with one day off we fail to attend some of our personal matters e.g if there's a funeral at home they won't let you go.

Great challenges
Although i have the capacity to well on my own, I am a team player, witty and flexible as i believe that if you enjoy what you’re doing, you will achieve maximum fulfilment in life spiritually and mentally. I am inquisitive about the institution that i affiliate with, their associates, suppliers and my colleagues as the information and knowledge they provide is helpful when there are enquiries and most importantly i am reliable, loyal and trustworthy.

I have learned more about working with customers dealing with customers complaints
When you at work place,you come across with lot of challenges , especially when you work with customers, i believe as customers differs you just have to be patient with them and make sure you dont shout at them but giving them that love for customers and be able to clearly describe for them fully about your product you selling or a service your providing. When you at work is not all about bringing the money in the company but giving customers a good quality, and remembering that customers are very important.

Exchange Money with A Ticket
Honest to work on that company was learning things like when a customer comes first smile ask what customer wants, comfirm with customer before printing the slip. solving issues like incorrect printing learn to understand a customer needs relationship with customer, co-workers dealing with irate clients/customer i enjoy my work because of i was always happy when i enter at work all the time, leave problems home. Most challenging is when a customer comes and say you printed my ticket wrong with the altitude of an irate.
Pros: I like to come up with a new ideas/strategy all times for the business
Cons: 8 to 9 hours sometimes overtime

Busy environment
Supabets is always busy all the time it a has customer after customer so it is not a place for lazy people. While you work at supabets you also adjust and start to be a hard worker in helping customer and able to learn how to communicate well with any customer and leave them satisfied.
Pros: great company to start with if u want to work with customers

Great learning experience
Working at supabets has been a huge challenge and learning curve for me because i dealt with people all the time and worked under pressure but never panicked. I worked from 9 to 7 everyday and only got one off during the week. What i enjoyed was interacting with customers and i got along very well with them The relationship with workers is amazing cause we are like a family. The most challenging aspects was having to do online payouts of huge amounts and at the same time be a driver of the company.
Pros: I got a promotion after a month while working for the company
Cons: The hours were long but i managed very well.

Fun work place
Working at Supabets made me learn new thing how to work with customers and how to interact in a team. Management is understanding willing to help in any way possible and positive motivation. Everyone get along with each other. The most enjoyable part is working with the customers
Pros: Working with my co workers and tips given by punters
Cons: One holiday per year which is Xmas, working on holidays and weekends

Excellent communication skill
Working with people thought me a lot about my self I have discovered who I am, I enjoy being around people a lot and working as a team. I also learned that I should love people I serve because they are the reason why I go to work, their presence puts food on my table. I am a breadwinner that's what make me value my job a lot.
Pros: Any
Cons: Supabets does not have long working hours because they have a lot of workers and many shifts that is one of the advantages, you learn how to work with the people /community
