Excellent learning curve.

No structure, so have to create our own on the fly. No leadership so need to manage yourself to try and meet deadlines. Given more and more responsibility before fully understanding the work and having to figure it out whilst still trying to meet deadlines.

Pros: Very interesting field (sports betting)
Cons: Human Resources is practically non-existant.

Great learning experience

Working at supabets has been a huge challenge and learning curve for me because i dealt with people all the time and worked under pressure but never panicked. I worked from 9 to 7 everyday and only got one off during the week. What i enjoyed was interacting with customers and i got along very well with them The relationship with workers is amazing cause we are like a family. The most challenging aspects was having to do online payouts of huge amounts and at the same time be a driver of the company.

Pros: I got a promotion after a month while working for the company
Cons: The hours were long but i managed very well.

A good place to gain experience

Its a good place to work and gain experience, they do not pay a good money compare to the working days but people around there they are very nice and the bosses.

Fun work place

Working at Supabets made me learn new thing how to work with customers and how to interact in a team. Management is understanding willing to help in any way possible and positive motivation. Everyone get along with each other. The most enjoyable part is working with the customers

Pros: Working with my co workers and tips given by punters
Cons: One holiday per year which is Xmas, working on holidays and weekends

Excellent communication skill

Working with people thought me a lot about my self I have discovered who I am, I enjoy being around people a lot and working as a team. I also learned that I should love people I serve because they are the reason why I go to work, their presence puts food on my table. I am a breadwinner that's what make me value my job a lot.

Cons: Supabets does not have long working hours because they have a lot of workers and many shifts that is one of the advantages, you learn how to work with the people /community

Rather not say. If you have nothing nice to say, then it is best to say nothing at all. That way you protect yourself and the company that you have worked for.

Excellent Learning Curve

I enjoy interacting with people, try to find improved solutions in doing things. Personal improvement plan to ensure staff is able to grow within the business and in their personal life. I enjoy target driven environment. Challenges I am unable to implement new ideas when management is not open to suggestions or opinions.

Money management

It's a good place to work but it is not that very safe hence it attracts thugs since we work with money. Management is good since there's a lot of team work. What I learnt the most is to manage money, concentrate and leave your problems at home. And I have learnt to communicate with customers when I was working as a cashier
