Learned a lot about customer service

- My day started from 6:30am to 14:30pm. - My relationship with colleagues was fair - I have learned to be patient with clients and make sure that their queries are handled indefinitely - Moving to a different department. From call centre to monitoring branches monies. - Is working on holidays and weekends, no rest.

Excellent

I have been working at my company for the last three years and i have really enjoyed the experience but i feel i order to take the next step in my career, it will be helpful to join another larger organization and use what i have learned in the past to lead more projects. I have been in the customer service industry for the past five years. My most experience has been maintaining a good customer service which is the most important aspect in retails. One of the most good reason is, i particularly enjoyed this business and the challenges that comes along with it, is the opportunity to connect with more people and also to gain valuable experience.

I am a team player , getting well with colleagues , and most enjoy working around me,every and also having luneh with me .. i enjoy eachaving ande everyday at work to meet my colleague . I have learned that at work you learn to accommodate every body just to make sure work is done properly.

Pros: I will love to be a supervisor one day .

I'm a hard worker willing to go the extra mile im willing to learn I'm a fast learner working for a big company having a lot of responsibility I'm responsible for all maintenance and IT i have to report all problems i have to handle all customer complaints working with 138cashiers and 7cleaners 4supervisors and a admin I'm looking for a better opportunity I'm good in managing.

I have been in HR for more than three years

I do the recruitment, induction and training Conduct disciplinary hearings, attend to CCMA cases Skills development Do all labour related matters Liaise with trade union on all matters relating to workers grievances I am a team player who is goal driven and a good communicator .

Pros: I have gained lot of experience since l started working here in 2012. I enjoy working with people
Cons: I work eight hours per day
