I have financial economic and accounting certificates I worked for supabets Gaming group as an assistant manager for 5years. I have an experience of working with computers also working with money as I've worked in the cash office. I am willing to work understand pressure if possible.i can also work as an IT.
Pros: I've promoted from a cashier to a cash office clerk,from cash office to a supervisor or an assistant manager.
Cons: I've been working for 8 hours daily and overtime when requested

Personal and career development
I have made good relationship with my colleagues and I enjoy to work with them. We share lot of responsibilities and upskilling each other on different duties to assist during other's absents. I have upskilled myself from loading data to become a website trader within 6 months of my employment at supabets. I enjoy to resolve customer queries and offer good customer service to our clients to make them happy. I have also learned that my job as an employee is to make my boss shining by doing my daily duties exceptionally well.

I've learnt how to manage customer service.
What I enjoy most at work is when a customer gives me tips, the realitionship I have with my co-workers.Most challenging is dealing with an angry customer to come up with a solution but at the end it teaches me how to control myself inow such circumstances. The working hors are sometimes okay but there are days when they are unacceptable like knocking of at 10min. Above all I love my job but would want to work at a different department or something different with what I'm doing now.

Learned a lot about customer service
- My day started from 6:30am to 14:30pm. - My relationship with colleagues was fair - I have learned to be patient with clients and make sure that their queries are handled indefinitely - Moving to a different department. From call centre to monitoring branches monies. - Is working on holidays and weekends, no rest.

I am a team player , getting well with colleagues , and most enjoy working around me,every and also having luneh with me .. i enjoy eachaving ande everyday at work to meet my colleague . I have learned that at work you learn to accommodate every body just to make sure work is done properly.

An excellent learning i h ave experienced is to deal with customer service
dealing with customer at all times u must be calm and know that good service is important and knowing the importance of the well being well dressed as at all time and no late coming.my relationship with worker i am easy to work with and get along with people easily and know my job so i do not take my personal issues with me at work.i know my work is important at all times.

Great experience. I was given the opportunity to build myself and my knowledge.
Unfortunately it was a boring job as I did the same thing everyday. It was challenging as the work load was alot to do for the day. I did my best and managed for 4 years doing the job. I mainly learnt how to use Microsoft office, how to do reckons, how to manage my time and prioritize which was more time consuming and more important. I learnt how to be more focused so there aren't any mistakes as I could not afford to make mistakes due to dealing with branch staff salaries. I enjoyed interacting with colleagues and working as a team. The most challenging part was trying to do alot of work daily and managing time as well as accuracy and making sure that everything is in order
