Great team work
Great atmosphere. Average salary. Very flexible with working hours. I've learn't to work on different systems and applications. I also enjoy working with the team I was in. No current challenges.challenges.

Astonishing Experience
For me working for my company was such a huge and great opportunity first you got to appreciate the warmth it brought it was like a second home though we were dealing with deferent client from day to day and face to face ,you actually get to know and learn from lots and lots of people and you get to show them how good are you with your work the amazing part it wen they send a recommendation email to management expressing them self about how great was the service. It just made me put more effect it gave me a purpose to want to wake up in the morning and go to work with a smile.
Pros: The recommendations are best for salary race

Dead end job
You are not valued as an employee You are just another payslip No growth. You dont see where exactly you are going, waking up everyday just to be mistreated like you have not done a lot for the company. Promotions are given to those of a lighter skin color or at least colored, I stead of a raise you get threats and get told you can always get another job and unfortunately it seems this place has a hold on you because as much as you apply, you get no feedback.

Field IT technician
Leads in my team, support and assist each other as team and also handle book stock. Managing sla's, setup eta's and make sure dont have repeat calls. Have learned to work on priority calls always make customers satisfied on my work

Fresh start for experience
day dday to day calls that i assist with range from software to hardware we i aim for first time resolves when it is needed we install warranty parts and manage bootstock to ensure we are covered i average 300km a day to customer sites thats part of my job we are strict on SLA and Call resolves as well as customer relations and understanding my co workers can be deployed in any situation and will be able to assist in any situation as can i we do branch revamps and installs and must be able to operate alone when needed

Excellent
it was a nice exprience because you work with motivated and trainned people and even the atomsphere its user friendly and there is even meal card for workers and even though sometimes you have to travel alot they do accomodate you and working environmet is safe. you only work with what you have in hand and the allocatios of calls or job to be done its fair to all workers and working with different people from all different kind of race in south africa an even in africa.

IT support for absa branches in and around pmb all IT support desktops,laptops,printers, servers . I am a down to earth person and friendly, I have learnt a lot during my years and every day is a learning challenge,

Excellent communication
It was nice work there I did ATM printers etc banks applications installation of software I enjoyed learnt lot there fixing printers ATM machine irritating part when travel so far to replaced mouse only or keyboard

Excellent learning curve
I absolutely love my company. My co workers are wonderful. The big bosses are easy to talk to. I have moved 7 positions in 4 years and had great opportunities to learn
