Technical support training is more like tertiary studies we suppose to get qualification for training a certificate for example and earn more its not easy work needs your mind focused full attention but we are not paid well

I've learned to work under pressure,team work and communication skill,we learned to put our differences aside with my co workers and being professional most of the time.

Team Management and people development to perform
Activities are more on providing reports and presentations to EXCO on progress on performance against targets - Liaising with business units on mitigation factors on how to achieve targets. The environment is fast paced and dynamic and is relationships are meaningful and full of support as we are working towards a common goal to reach targets for all to be rewarded. What I have learned is mindfulness towards team members and develop an support so that the environment is conducive to deliver business results. I enjoy Fridays as it is more relaxed by entertaining customers

Company on a progressive journey
My time at Telkom has been rerfreshing. I found it to be a company that has experienced a paradigm shift from 8 years ago when I first interacted with them. They have recruited well and are now a dynamic business.
Pros: This is being set up as a company of the future and will offer exciting prospects to employees.
Cons: None come to mind.

Good
I work for 9 hours a day, had a good relationship with my colleagues supporting each other in everything we do personally and work related, I have learnt to do things right at the first time and to communicate with clients also admin work, also to help client and customer service to deliver to the business, most challenging part is sales. I enjoy to process applications of clients and giving feedback.
Pros: verry good and you learn everyday as the systems is being updated everytime i like their chart values also very good company to work for

Technical
The experience that i have gained by working at Telkom has given me a better understanding of Customer Service and Technical and communicating with different types of customers ADSL Wifi settings is the one that most interesting in this field i currently working and it is now became my hebit to connect cables of Landline. To work at Telkom is very good because we experience many types of queries and Telkom software.

I do have matric, N6 Electrical Engineering (light current).
I do have like my job as an Telkom employer,we do discuss problems at work,we sometimes work at team ,we all workers cooperate to each other,we teach each other to work under pressure to finish our work properly.
