Incredible Learning Experience
My day typically starts an hour earlier than usual for preparing daily morning production meeting where a reflection of the previous day's work and a forecast or planning of the current day's production. I have a bond with my co-workers and of them rely on me to give wise advice with a little hidden humour. The most challenging aspect of being a manager is keeping the neutrality at a work place when personal problems from staff are brought forward as the "human factor" comes into play. I've learned that the way you treat your subordinates determines what the end of your production of figures will look. Treat your workers right and your customers will treat us right.

Floor supervisor scheduling stuff runny the floor smoothly
I enjoy working for the company have a good relationship with my co-workers ive learned that hard work pays off because I've grown in this business am went to khulisa which is a training for you to be a good leader and a store manager i enjoy socializing get to know how other people do things and learn

Great company
You get to learn very fast. It is a welcoming company. They make you feel at home. You get to caretaker few stores like I did. And that gives a chance to be qualified as a store manager.

Perfectionist
a day as a store manager at tfg is always busy admin in the morning training staff and doing shifts . opening store ,merchandising, assisting customers and making sure staff reach there potential . 100% rating for customer service, my growth is because of this . merchandising every two days to keep fresh look . I have promoted more than 10 staff to reach higher positions. the most challenging aspect is always keeping the bosses happy with clashing ideas with others .

Results driven
It is an extremely high pressure environment with an emphasis on achieving results. The fact that it is very much a sink or swim environment makes you learn a lot faster and develop quicker than you would in other organisations. All in all working with my fellow employees was a joy, they are a very supportive bunch. I have learnt that you have to drive your own growth otherwise you'll get left behind.

Autonomy
I can’t see what I’m writing. The box remains white even though I can see that it’s counting the characters of what I’m writing. However I enjoy working at TFG due to the autonomy that they oreovide anus a leaving us to manage our ourselves and our deadlines.

The work load was often overwhelming
The work load was often overwhelming, because of the location of the store and the company, refusing to hire more people to fill in the already short vacancies, but either then that it was a great experience working for them.

No space for growth depending on your position
The company makes a lot of money but when it comes to salaries it’s not good. There’s no space for growth which is very exhausting I feel it’s time to get something new it’s been too long
