Great company
You get to learn very fast. It is a welcoming company. They make you feel at home. You get to caretaker few stores like I did. And that gives a chance to be qualified as a store manager.

Perfectionist
a day as a store manager at tfg is always busy admin in the morning training staff and doing shifts . opening store ,merchandising, assisting customers and making sure staff reach there potential . 100% rating for customer service, my growth is because of this . merchandising every two days to keep fresh look . I have promoted more than 10 staff to reach higher positions. the most challenging aspect is always keeping the bosses happy with clashing ideas with others .

Great phenomenal learning
I'm able to work independently, as well as within a team. I have good interpersonal, presentation, communication skills and good analytical skills. Excellent problem solving abilities. Knowledge of system performance methodologies along with hands on empirical monitoring. You get used to working under pressure and display initiative be persistent: accept rejection, be energetic, adaptable and welcome new challenges. Able to perform at a high level of accuracy, be organised and able to meet deadlines. Lastly willing to perform standby duties on a rotational basis

Training
I work flexible hours and l have good relationship with my colegues. I have learned good customer service and adhere to Company goals and Values. l enjoy working as a team and giving Customers excellent customer service. l love challenges because that is where you learn and be able to grow within the Company

Excellent customer service
people at TFG are happy all the time, bright and loving. Work starts as early as 8am to 6pm. I have learnt to work hard and under pressure. The most challenge thing was to meet all targets in the SME.

Good company to start off with for a stepping stone. Don't get comfortable
Always a rush . Management doesn't really bother about you. Often you feel like a number to you because you get told that they can easily replace you
