No space for growth depending on your position
The company makes a lot of money but when it comes to salaries it’s not good. There’s no space for growth which is very exhausting I feel it’s time to get something new it’s been too long
Pros: If you’re motivated you realise you need to work harder to leave

Learn the hard way
*forever working under pressure. *You handle too many departments at once. *The stuff and and the employees do not get along very well there's too much favoritism *Sometimes work long hours and at the end of the month you get paid your basic then they bucket the overtime you worked. *You learn the hard way, let's just say you need to be self motivated in order for you to elevate to the next level of knowing the work. *I like the part that you are being taught to multi task *Enjoy working with people everyday

An experience in the working world
bA typical day at work included, organizing my documents, logging to my pc and calling our customers and offering them our insurance products. The work environment is good because we work in an open office setting so we interact a lot as colleagues. I learnt quite a few such as communicating with 100s of customers thus improving my communication skills. I learnt how to persuade or sell effectively. The challenge would be the targets and the pressure to reach those sales at a specific time frame. I enjoy the culture and how welcoming it is.

Excelent learning curve
While in the foschini group, so much I have learnt, because now I can work under pressure, being a target driven person, attention to detail...how important is the customer in everyday basics. I have learnt that tge client/ customer us always right nomatter what and being patient with them always.
Pros: a good oportunity for me to grow within the company.

Like working with people as a team. I enjoy coming with some new ideas every day and I like challenge cause it give me strength to work hard and push a target

Excellent Learning curve
A typical work day would entail merchandising from early trading hours to midday-from there, customer flow starts picking up therefore you’d have to change and adapt to what’s happening in the store. The relationship you have with co workers solely depends on you and the kind of person you are. The work relationship you maintain with your co-workers is as important in order to produce work and meet deadlines, team work does the dream work! Very motivated
Im very driven. Love working with different people everyday. Learning as much as possible. Im a fast learner. I am competent in admin, banking, recruiting, achieving target's, support and motivating staff and developing them.

Store manager pathway course
Administration duties is one of my most amazing duties I enjoyed myself a lot in the company .I have a really good productive team and I commit myself and my team so a lot to meet company standards.The most challenging aspect of my work is by calming a customer down when there comes a complain in the store of a product ,or quality problem that's where we as workers see how weake difference with the customer.
