food manufacturing group company, working online to production. break downs,maintenance,new installation including plc, scada , and robotics systems.ovens for cooling systems. good management skill and operating under iso 2000
Pros: good opportunity for graduate to gain experience and grow in their respective field .

Good communication skills. Fast learner. Computer literacy. Speak English very good and I'm writing. I can work under pressure I'm a energetic person.

Learning
A typical work day at Tiger brands is , meeting deadlines , managing Staff , and looking at issues that pops up in the day. Good Relationships with customers, co workers and our client is a very important they to have and i feel we have builed it and its getting stronger and stronger everyday. The company has groomed me to person I am today , hard worker, I have learnt a lot through the 12 years working for this company, from merchandising , to selling to Managing staff and to Charing inquiries . This trade is my life this is what I know best.

Good house keeping hygiene safety team work
Tiger brands is big manufacturing consumer company. Whereby it has a big vision and standard set by ISO 22000 for food safety. The company sets goals in terms of improvement whereby every morning before shift start all workers attend a small 15 min meeting to discuss future goals and previous obstacles. Every year there is a training induction to refresh the employees.
Pros: growth within the company
Cons: shifts and overtime if necessary

It was a good job to do
working at tiger brands it was good but working different shift with different superviser who have different ideas and strategy, the staff are very good but with different attitude

Excellent learning curve
maintaining plant,repairing bearings,conveyors,gearbox,pumps and machining breakdown parts. stoping each line every week for maintenance.Team work,reporting to maintenance manager, attending to break down,working shifts,submitting paper work or job cards and hand over to the next shift.there a whole of a space for growth it's a big plant with new technology machines

Learning curve
Retail work is not hard and difficult.Everday was a challenge.The co-workers realy made my job very easy.Working for tiger brands is not really a challenge

Motivation
As a person, I thrive on challenges and taking initiative is part of who i am. Vibrancy and energy...Definitely part of my vocabulary! I manage to maintain a positive attitude through times of difficulty. After all where there is a will ther is most definitely a way. Willingness and the eagerness to learn keep me open-minded to new and wonderful experiences as I have an apetite for the thrill of exciting and new developments in the corporate world.
Pros: great opportunities to enrich both yourself and your studies with less possibility of promotion.
Cons: Environment is not stimulating.
