in a 3 and a half years ive been with my company, I got a training from Dyna, Brunequil and associates. It a rather good environment for growth, superiors always put their employees at first.

Excellent
food manufacturing group company, working online to production. break downs,maintenance,new installation including plc, scada , and robotics systems.ovens for cooling systems. good management skill and operating under iso 2000
Pros: good opportunity for graduate to gain experience and grow in their respective field .

Learning
A typical work day at Tiger brands is , meeting deadlines , managing Staff , and looking at issues that pops up in the day. Good Relationships with customers, co workers and our client is a very important they to have and i feel we have builed it and its getting stronger and stronger everyday. The company has groomed me to person I am today , hard worker, I have learnt a lot through the 12 years working for this company, from merchandising , to selling to Managing staff and to Charing inquiries . This trade is my life this is what I know best.

Retail work is not hard and difficult.Everday was a challenge.The co-workers realy made my job very easy.Working for tiger brands is not really a challenge

Motivation
As a person, I thrive on challenges and taking initiative is part of who i am. Vibrancy and energy...Definitely part of my vocabulary! I manage to maintain a positive attitude through times of difficulty. After all where there is a will ther is most definitely a way. Willingness and the eagerness to learn keep me open-minded to new and wonderful experiences as I have an apetite for the thrill of exciting and new developments in the corporate world.
Pros: great opportunities to enrich both yourself and your studies with less possibility of promotion.
Cons: Environment is not stimulating.

Automation; DMS and FMCG
Maintenance, Attending to breakdowns, doing job cards, doing the requisitions, plc, addressing and programming of components. my job keeps me on my toes everyday because engineering is challenging everyday. my relationship with my co-workers is very professional and communication is very good among us as workers.
Pros: Great opportunity to grow academically as my company promotes education and training
Cons: Nothing that can keep me from coming to work unless of the unforeseen circumstances
