People relationships are good, my relationship with co-workers are good , a typical day comprise of morning meetings, planning, organizing , ensuring production is met and item are available to avoid stoppages the most challenging aspects are meeting market demand.

Young and full opf energy,ready to drive sales teams to success.
My work days are always hectic as im consatntly on the move and enjoy being in the trade and making a difference with customers on the forefront. I have excellent working relationships and no current issues. I have learnt that in order to be successful,one needs to be able to inspire those around them. I enjoy liasing with customers and keeping up to all deadlines of the business. the most challeging part of my job has been my increments as I believe im worth alot more than i currently get paid for. my work load is constantly increasing due to my effectiveness in running the region,however im not adequately renumerated.
Pros: This is a major company in SA
Cons: extar efforts are not often rewarded.

Learning certificate
I was working as an machine operator. We were sharing ideas together with may co-workers. I have a machine operator certificate. I enjoy to work as a team it makes job to be easy. The most challenging if someone came with a new system so that we need to discus whether is right or not

Determined in gaining skills and competencies, analytical skills, leadership skills, project management skills, understand plant fundamental policies, identify and resolve problematic plant issues.
Pros: I am keen to learn and develop, good communicator, self motivated, have the ability to take ownership and responsibility of task assigned, can work in a team or alone, I am a self starter, willing to perform any other legitimate activity as required.

I'm a hard working, trustworthy person and I think I willbe perfect for the job.
I have a good relationship with co-workers. I learnt communicate with differen departments and work as a team together. I start my day with a MDWT meeting as part of our plannings. The most challenging aspects of me job was to do me job as the best of my ability and to promote my co-workers.
Pros: it was a very challenging work and I am a motivated worker.
Cons: I have a 8 hour shift

Worked on new projects canteen upgrade; office upgrade etc
My passion for people and the industry will always hold me in good stead for the future sharing ideas; brainstorming, problem solving and creating new, cutting edge and ingenious innovations are what drive me. Life experiences have taught me to be fair, firm and a kind leader, able to relate to all ages, colour or creed. My ability to include people and create a comfortable platform for all to feel safe, has mitigated the sharing of individual opinions bringing out creative genius I got to have projects for office upgrade and canteen upgrade. Also got given an opportunity to be the CSI coordinator and look after the 4 beneficiaries that are within the vicinity. I'm the liaison to coordinate factory visits etc.
Pros: i'd love to grow into an office manager and take on all the activations. I enjoy the current policy of flexi hours as i'm a morning person and enjoy working till 16H00. unless there's a need.
Cons: i'm not one that benefit from extra hours compared to factory shopfloor staff. As an assistant theres a lot you incare in your days list that isn't in your job discription enjoyable thou not always convient

Moderate Experience
The job requires handling of a lot of pressure and timely results, commitment abnd ability to work extra hours and flexibility to cahges and new projects. Work environment is good with a lot of cooperation and team work, Experience gained has ebabled me to be able to move ahead in my career although chances of promotion are slim. Working as a team is what drives and motivates me on a daily basis and pushes me to learn more from other people who can also learn a lot from me.
