Highly performance driven, well integrated environment, PMFA governance highly recommended.

Proactive approach to any challenge, financially driven to archive profits, ability to work very well with any culture, challenge with a Government is the red tape that delays work from being executed.

Pros: Opportunity to develop further, explore different industries then use previous experience for growth, remunerations are good
Cons: working 7 days a week, working late hours

I learnt how to work under pressure, how to handle quality issues on the production line and the disputes on quality by using quality requirements or standards.

I LOVE BEEN AN INDUSTRIAL ENGINEER

working at Transnet is nice the workers are so friendly and understanding I have learnt the communication skills and how to interact with people who have different attitude ..to be an industrial engineer is one of the critical thing and I have learnt how to meet deadlines. the most challenging part is when you are trying to improve something and the workers are resistant to change.

Pros: Less oppotunity for promotion
Cons: normal working hours
