Working as a HR intern
Truworths head office has a very warm and friendly environment. Everyone is helpful, kind and caring. I have good relationships with my co-workers and superiors. I work in the Employee Benefits department, so I handle different aspects of payroll, like paying weekly employees in other African countries, processing traffic fines for company drivers, doing payroll admin like answering calls, scanning and saving documents such as employee contracts and other confidential documentation. Payroll is a very stressful department because we work with a lot of confidential information and the company relies on the employee benefits department to ensure that employees get paid on time and correctly.
Pros: A lot to learn and I'm always learning new skills and gaining knowledge.
Cons: There are no cons I can think of.

Have a great customer service
I enjoy to give best customer service,if you treat well customers surely hr/she will come back.To sell quality things to customer and being able to handlr difficult customers.No matter what happened during the day you still bring that smile to the next customer.Team work will always bring good results at the end of the day bcz you will reach targets as a team.

Good learning experience
The company is a good learning experience, you get to improve your communication skills and learn to build yourself in a corporate position would not recommend for people we are over worked and underpaid in this department there is also a lot of favoritism involved

Excellent learning curve
i have experience in retail, i am friendly, i work hard under pressure, i love too organise, , i am a very committed person, i have a hard woim very hard working, always on time, i love tooo gain experiences and too travel, meet new people , assisting people , i can start immediately with my work, and have my own transport

Good experience
learned about customer care service, listening skill, during a typical day one of my biggest tasks is to check and assess my department progress, then I have to represent that progress to the executive board, management team were professional and very helpful, client and customer service orientation, the hardest part was to knock off at 9pm busy calling clients after office hours and advice them to up to date their accounts to avoid arrears, of which many customers did not like it, the most enjoyable part was to offer a service level that exceeds customers expectations,

Learning different ways to collect and approach to ghe different styles of dealing with customers
Itypical day, we call customers about their accounts in arrers, an the environment is very friendly and welcoming, friendlt staff to work with and team efforts plays a major role, i have learned a lot through they years it tought me to have appreciation for the little thibgs in lifecand be grateful, i enjoy working with teams and learnibg something new everyday and dealing with different customersand it helped me to grow and know myself and my objectives as a person

Hurd working fast learner
It was a nice place to work in atlest I earned something even thought it was not much but I managed to pay debts I'm great full for working at truworths it thought me a lot to be strong and be responsible especially with money
