Lecturer assistance

I kamogelo Makwela was a lecturer assistance at the department of sculpture Tshwane University of Technology faculty of Arts. My relationship with my co-workers was super, we used to be the studio at all time teaching students how to operate the machines, style and techniques how to model or sculpt hence I am more hungry to learn but I've learnt alot, how to supervise, teach, solve and handle problems, so because of contract stated agreement I couldn't proceed. My biggest challenge was when students doesn't want to work and learn.

Pros: great opportunity
Cons: long working hours

Excellent learning curve

I am very dedicated worker who can work under pressure regardless of the work or task given to me. one thing that i like about my self is that i am too passionate in the work field even outside the work. I prefer to work during the week but, if the work is too much i can go extra miles by working even in the weekend. My weakness is that i can be too committed to my work and don't spend enough time with other social activities. I work too hard. i care too much about my work. i am one of the people who take their work serious

Pros: My long term goals involve growing in a company where i can continue to learn and contributes as much of value as i can. Once again additional experience i would like to move through the ranks of the job. i would like to see my self as an expert of my job description.
Cons: I am willing to work for this company for as long as i still can brief.
