Excellent learning and growing curve
i work at a managerial division, so it is has its ups and down, hectic days and lots of pressure as we are the head, heart and leader of the institution. so flexibility and time management is something that needs consistancy and we keep it as we work as a team. we delegate and enquire from each other in order to meet deadlines and also have accuracy in decision making and executing out our plans and goals of the week or month. i have learnt to trust my instict and also delegate where im struggling and also learn as much as i can.
Pros: There is great opportunity for Growth
Cons: It is hard to get a permanent job

Fast learner
I enjoy helping students who are looking for help. My relationship with my coworkers was extremely very good. What i have learnt is to how to get rid of fear when it comes to public speaking because public speaking is not my favourite thing. As I was in the process of tutoring students i also learnt a lot Things i wasn't aware of
Pros: Great opportunity for promotion
Cons: Long working hours

I'm always friendly and smiling a lot. I treat my follow people like family. Always willing to help where I can. Always willing to walk the extra mile for them. I work hard on what I do because I love what I do. I mostly enjoy going to the site and see how a drawing on paper comes to life.
Pros: I put passion into everything I do.
Cons: Do not like working on weekends.

Learned a lot
choosing a field was challenging on its own. what drew me to choosing the field was the fact that it focused on improvement, whether it be quality or process. it focused on improvement through engineering applications. The course had it own challenges, i struggled especially since I had no prior engineering knowledge but once i got it, it became easier and most importantly i learned a lot.
Pros: never stop learning
Cons: the strikes at the institution

No work growth,
To whom may concern. I like working with different clients and employees even under different diversity but only if everyone is treated equal and fairly. We have good and small working environment, where by you can learn more and new experiences but we don't have such opportunities as we doing one and the same thing all the time. I didn't learn much but the only thing learn from our customers is that, you need to build trust and loyalty with your customers. As well as friendly environment, good communication and the good welcome always. Kindest regards Xolani
Pros: Good client relationship
Cons: No equal diversity

Pros: Develop deeper understanding of the field of study, networking and exposure to different field and applications of knowledge basis
