My typical work day include making sure that the vision and mission of my company is achieved at all costs. Making sure that my job description is achieved at all time and sharing this with my staff members that if you do not fulfilled what you are hired for you are killing the company slowly. My relationship with my co-workers is by practicing open door policy and share the knowledge with my staff member by means of workshops and seminars. I have learned that staff members who are not happy at works are unproductive. When I give the knowledge to my staff members in form of workshop or seminar as well as giving an excellent result within company stipulated time. I love new challenges as from them I learn new skills and my personality grows. Lack of resources do not deter me from giving my best.

Good

It was very good working at tut because I have learnt in customer service eben though my clients were sometimes difficult to have. I enjoyed giving clients the best service because they always complimented my work whereby I was printing, photocopying, scanning etc

I rate it as a good institution

They tought me everything that i need for industry because i was doing inservice training in their organization. I've learn more about: Windows Sccm Active directory Outlook Skype Teams

Development of skills

This work really help me as an individual in developing different skills and adjusting to work with different personalities. I ha very learnt a lot amongst it's how to be a team player and work to achieve one objective. Most challenging it's when conflict or clash of personalities arise and I have to get in to resolve.

Pros: Build you to be a teamplayer
Cons: Working with students it's never easy

I am a student.

I am a student, I haven't been hired yet, I don't have any work exprecience and all I want is to do my P1 and P2 in Mechanical engineering so that I gain exprience in the work place in order to obtain my diploma.

Pros: Great opportunity

Great place to be innovative

Bring a student has been a learning curve. It has taught me alot about time management as we did assignments and presentations to help deal with the corporate world when it comes to bringing ideas forth and being innovative. I've learnt what is required to do a great job in the work place and also how to deal with people. I enjoyed brainstorming ideas and being active in lecturers with any given task and assignments.

Excellent filling and data capturingda

Data capturing Filling Receiving Cleaning material Typing notice and reporting all fault at maintance officer Working as a team Learned to work as a team and reporting to resident manager. I enjoyed filling and recording all students information and advising them about policies and procedures. Challenge was team mate failing to communicate well with management.

Pros: There is a huge experience from different department
Cons: Working 8 hours per day

Im a hardworking man and energitic

I work with people everyday and my relationships with my co worker is an everyday experience with learning and motivation in order to reach our golas, I have learnt to be a hardworking,diligent,honest,trustwothy and self respect. I enjoy working and assisting people from different disadvantaged with attitude,beliefs and norms.

Cons: with more many student to assist

Great learning experience

It's educational and great opportunity to help others and learn through out the whole time.time consuming but it was worth it ,if you're lucky you get the support from lectures and which helps you stay in track with the students and work
