Excellent learning curve
It is an interesting yet challenging environment where you get to push yourself and to think outside of the bracket, there's always something new to lean each day and new skill to forge or tap into, it is a multiracial, multi cultural space were one gets to immerse themselves into different cultures and have mind opening conversations and to build each, overall friendly people who are eager to know more about you, I enjoy the most finally being able to get the answers asked or raised through investigations that makes me feel proud that i'm part of the bigger picture i solved this or i had a hand in that.
Pros: Support available, get to gain experience , i get to equip my brain with new skills
Cons: Not enough money

Good Platform for gaining experience
I am supporting academic staff to do their daily jobs which is maintaining the computer labs they use to conduct their lectures. I have a good professional relationship with my colleagues. I have learnt a lot in this industry such as working independently under pressure. The most challenging aspect is to attend to calls which requires an immediate attention
Pros: Self learning Institution
Cons: Can find yourself in a comfort zone

Excellent in adapting to change
I possess strong computer and communication skills which enable me to work with any software or computer programme such as Microsoft Office suite, PASTEL inventory management system, Sage Accounting and etc., as for my communication skills which enables me to work with a mosaic of people. I have an additional knowledge of the (PFMA), (PPPFA) and (BBBEE). I’ve also had the advantage of being exposed to the Hospitality industry as a whole, both theoretically and practically therefore making it easier for me to adapt to the different organisational cultures. I am porous to information and any form of self-development.
Pros: Career Progression to Store Manager
Cons: working hours perfectly laid out

An excellent opportunity to learn and grow
A typical work day includes meetings, meeting with Executive Clients (MBA Clients), handling problems at the TUT Business School, communicating with media, external and internal stakeholders, researching, some months lecturing Marketing, and a host of many varied activities. Relationship with co-workers are excellent and have learnt that I do not have to be "right" at all times, but to understand everyone is different to respect and understand people. I have learnt to be exceptionally flexible, versatile, customer focused, to prioritize and be highly efficient. I also enjoy the people contact the most. Challenges include working in a highly political and unionised environment.
Pros: Excellent leave
Cons: Present employment too political and bureaucratic

able to handle pressure and work with a large group of people
Normally i work over-hours because i currently have two jobs to improve my CV. I enjoy working indoors and outdoors, i can switch with no problem. My supervisors in both jobs are nice people, because they both understand that i am studying for my 2nd B-Tech, so when is time to attend or study they don't give me any problems. All the students(colleagues) that i'm working with are enjoying me and i'm enjoying them, you'd hear them saying "we want you to lecture the next chapter". I've learned almost everything in the agriculture industry because sometimes i do farm visits with my boss to see what is it that students are experiencing out there that i did not do during my EXP, again working with a large group of people has become something easy and and addictive. My only challenge is when students starts flocking in my office to ask me one thing one-by-one, even when you ask them to pass the message to the others, they still come to you to validate the story, and by that time you have deadlines to meet.
Pros: great opportunities are opening for the agricultural industry.
Cons: deadlines to meet both sides, and also academic commitments to attend to.

Knowledge seeking
i am a hard working person, as i work every day to better my self not just academically but also as a person. and with that said i am a peoples person i do not only motivate people to be they best selves but also to perform to they fullest within the work place. during my life time i have learnt that in everything with do in order to get the best results we have to work together. that is why i enjoy most of my day meeting new people because you never know who you are going to need in the near future. i also spend my days reading because we all know knowledge is power. the most challenging aspect of this job is motivating workers to do they best 375 day each year because after all the main aim in everything we do is to get results.
Pros: meet new people every day and learn new things about your self.
Cons: you must always have a positive attitude no matter what goes on in your life.
