Research and development, method development for quality control processes

I'm studying full time and also got exposure and opportunity to be a facilitator for B. Pharm student. This part-time job helped me to understand how to balance and prioritise my studies and meet research deadlines and still be available to assist students.

A typical work day includes starting in prayer. Then dispersing to different offices to start working. The relationship with co workers include team work, and individual work.

Excellent Learning Curve

I have completed my B-Tech and National Diploma in Office Management and Technology majoring with business administration and information administration and spent the past 1 year working as student assistant at Tshwane University of Technology. I believe this together with the knowledge and experience that I am obtaining makes me an ideal suitable candidate for the job. I am a hard worker with self confidence and ability to work under pressure. A person with good listening skills and able to work independently. Giving motivation, providing quality service at all times and pushing the movement are my priorities.

Excellent learning curve

Working as an Academic Mentor is fulfilling as I get to see and help other students excel where they might be having difficulties, and for them it is easier to open up to mentors as they know for sure that we went through the same ordeal and found a way to beat it. We create relationships with the students that last throughout the year and becaude of that we keep each posted and striving for academic excellence.

Pros: Great opportunity for growth and to learn from experienced academics.
Cons: Balancing assignments and students coming to get assistance is challenging.

Excellent training and learning curve

To work with the Tshwane University of Technology is actually fun and it's a great challenge because you have to know what you're doing and keep up with the latest technology trends. It's a motivation for me because as i grow in knoledge, i get to pull my students up with me

I am an energized candidate that knows many the basics of computer and i work through dedication, discipline and determination. I am a final year Public Management student at Tshwane University of Technology. l have developed excellent analytical and leadership skills through my National Diploma in Public Management. My dedication and determination is highlighted by my achievement of a mentor. I am now looking to further develop and use my skills in a year industry placement, especially in administration.
