Working at a Vodacom Store
On a typical day we have do a bit of planning for the day set targets find fun ways to make the targets accomplishable by motivating the team being optimistic as the team leader was more of a must on my part and showing other that being positive and enjoying what we here to do sale n give the best possible customer care there one can give n remembering to smile cause as an individual you bust with outrage if you were given bad customer service so when helping a customer imagine yourself in his/her position them calling or walking they have chosen to deal or be assisted by you so make the best of every encounter. We are all different people but in our differences we come together for a common of customer service, speed n trust in that purpose we can build relationships with our clients and in tern they will be loyal n word of mouth makes the volumes about customer care.
Pros: Talking to different individuals and learning customer trends, behaviour,making money, clients smile, the team and a great of oppurtunity to learn n grow
Cons: long hours, system failure, stock shortages, umsystematic support from superiours

Excellent learning ground
Great company which makes use of the best technology available increasing knowledge and experience. Started in a support are a and grew to testing, then designing and documenting functional and business specifications. Provided me the necessary experience of the retail industry within the company. Enjoyed resolving the business problems using systems that not only improved return on investment but also customer net promoter score.
Pros: Excellent opportunity to learn new technologies, interact with top management, negotiation skills with internal staff as well as external vendors.
Cons: No room for future growth.

i like my job,im a funny person always smiling,ive learnt to cooperate with my colleagues. i enjoy a team spirit.when loosing a customer phone around the workshop make me go ,mad .

It would be a major growth in terns of my career and growth
Work well under pressure..excellent communication skills..worked well independently. Nightly clued up in identifying competitive activities , aspects that can be advantageous to the growth of the company

Working with team is more fun and assist one another is most thing I enjoy and I have learn that anything is possible don't tell yourself you don't have a experience about certain job just believe in yourself then you will make it . the challenge when I have to collect 1100.000 monthly and never make collection before

Deadline Driven with multiple risks and management of deliverables
I work a 08:00 - 17:00 job but in other instances I am required to extend working hours in order to meet deadlines I have a good working relationship with co-workers and executive management. On a constant basis I am given the opportunity to appear and present my findings to Executive Management Working at Vodacom has helped me to harness my compliance, negotiation, presentation and legal writing skills What I enjoy with my job is that the telecommunications sector is always revolving and requires me to undertake research in order to keep abreast with technology changes and to advise business on how best to deal with those changes The long working hours which are necessitated by the need to meet deadlines may sometimes have an effect on the work life balance with the effect that in other instances I have to dedicate time towards my job

My experience in the call centre division has taught me fundamental principles on achieving customer satisfaction and it will be of great personal and professional growth when this institution considers me a capable candidate. I pay great attention to detail and is not easily distracted. Listening skills play a huge role in resolving customer complains/ queries on time and I bring this with me. Good customer relationships are key to my performance and I believe that my listening skills and empathy go a long way to ensuring that I meet their needs. My well-developed interpersonal skills together with my ability to communicate effectively contribute to my meeting deadlines .
Pros: Set a good role to new employees and get a great promotion too.
Cons: Long hours help me reach my deadlines.

Excellent working experience
My role as Internal Communications Manager has allowed me to engage and vacillate across the band levels. I've worked and engaged with lower level staff right through to executive level. I've interviewed the CEO, Exco members, former public protector Adv. Thuli Madonsela and general staff. These interviews have been for various objectives, whether they are for event purposes or simple communication on any company/product related messaging. I've also had the opportunity to create a monthly column for staff that forms part of our internal communication deliverables. Events are another communication and engagement tool which has allowed me to not only fulfil our primary objectives but have used my creativity to execute memorable and note worthy events. My relationship with co-workers is evident in feedback they provide to me. The stakeholder feedback is available upon request.
