Amazing growth potential and got great experience

They could work closer with the contractors to improve in service. Also make sure that the contractors are heard as the agencies they work for ignores the request for help. Make sure the commission is paid out as so much unclear around how it works and everyone is moving on or quiting their jobs because of it. Retaining your account managers will keep your clients happy, they don't want to talk to a new account manager ever two months they want someone to stick with them for a few years that knows their needs

Cons: Too much work and no permanent position for contractors

I'm a gud listener hard worker and I'm gud in writing,communicater and I'm willing to work after hours make sure that everything is under control to make sure that all our client are smiling

Gaining experience and learning

Needs analysis and compile training Manual according to the customer's needs. I learned to be time bound and to be immaculate on my work, plan and organise my duties. There was a high level of support from Management and encouragement. Supporting when needed with allocated projects of training staff products. Enjoyed interacting with other countries via video conference regarding new launched products

Cons: No promotion I take it as no growth in the company

Its Great if you are in the correct department

Get to the office at 8 on a Monday feedback from weekend activations with Managers Tuesdays meeting with suppliers to plan on new activations Wednesday attend Regional Meetings and apply plans according to H/O Thursday –get deliveries and collections for weekend Promotions Friday at activations & Supplier Meetings Managing the Head office strategy vs our regional Strategy- Tough VC has Nice events and is LGBTQ & Disability friendly

Great work ethics

Great work environment with excellent team leader, who have good work ethics .The is a good support system through out ,when the is so much pressure to deliver a excptional performance ,expected to meet daily objective .Freindly environment with great people. Flexible schedules .But not so much growth gew opportunities .The job is not that challanging its just customer service helping customer to fullfil their needs .
