vodacom is a wonderful company to work as they are the leading telecommunications company in South Africa. Great environment and great co-workers. Ideal company to gain experience and skills to further your career. I was a contractor and my contract ended, hence my search for a new job in KZN

Excellent learning experience
The joys of working with different types of people and systems. Calculating numbers, the interaction between us and the customers it's a daily learning experience and a great opportunity.

Excellent learning curve and experience
My work day would be to set out a advertising stand for the day at desired location with opportunity of progression and safe to communicate with customers . I aways keep a friendly and professional relationship with co-workers. I have observed how to run business smoothly and efficiently , problem solving fast and effectively, negotiating product and value fluently, multitasking flexibility,generating ideas to improve business productivity and its what I enjoy with passion. The most challenging was the location to achieve most desired results

Excellent lerning curve
Always looked forward to a day in the office as speaking to clients and solving their concerns in relation to the product gave life and meaning to everyday space. Hence, Vodacom gave me an opportunity in the hardest industry, as it equipped us with how to handle customers. I have learned that when assisting customers I don't have to dwell much on a problem, however, I am supposed to come up with a solution to a problem that will meet the customer's needs and satisfaction. The management was always on our disposal to assist us in helping customers and other personal issues. The hardest part of the job was when clients did not receive much satisfaction in the previous assistance. The most enjoyable part was the part where the company will create activities that helped us to easy on the job for example like team buildings.
