Im the best at what i do since j worked for vodacom i became a strong person which i had wonderful relationship with my client as they knew i would deliver the best in time so many would recommend me due to my works

Good learning Experience
Its a delivery driven unit, with fast pace changes. Excellent team work and collaboration between permanent staff and contracting staff. I have gained more knowledge about Identity and Management (Security Aspect) I have also gained knowledge about Privilege Access Management. I have also gained knowledge about managing Software Development Projects. I enjoy working with teams members with more diverse set of skills. Most challenging aspects of the the job, is working rolling out new application to different parts of the business, its challenging to get buy in especially from the networks and security team.

Good Corporate experience
I resigned at Vodacom last year June, it was great working with my team . We practiced an agile way I resigned at Vodacom last year June, it was great working with my team . We practiced an agile way of working and worked well as a ten. I learned that I cannot do things on my own but with a help from core workers I can do it. I enjoyed seeing us always achieving our targets though it was challenging to get everyone to submit their work in time but find a way to come up with one solution in order to achieve a common goal of working and worked well as a ten. Excellent learning curve
I enjoy to interact with my clients. I learnt that when you give clients excellent services, you go extra mile there'll will never forget you .There'll come back to you and recommend you to friends and families. Relationship with my co workers is wonderful because I'm the senior consultant they learn a lot from me.Typical day it's where I have to deal with queries than sales. The challenging part are long hours.

Little room for growth
A normal day is approximately 10 hours long and is very demanding from solving customer queries to solving problems regarding other employees work due to the fact that I am a senior employee and have a lot of experience in my field. I help my fellow employees wherever I can. I enjoy performing to the needs and satisfaction of my clients and my greatest reward is a customer leaving with a smile. The most challenging aspect of my work is the long hours and the pressure from my manager who does not have any technical experience or knowledge of how the processes work in our field.
