In my current role I get to interact a lot with other stake holders such product owners,project manegers,Business Analyst and Testers and do a lot of data analysis and investigation. These are some of the aspects that I enjoy most in my current role.

Excellent learning curve
Vodacom is a good company to what to be in It is a company which practice agility a lot. The environment welcomes you well ,help you adjust.The relationship between co workers is good. every Thursday they have meeting to discuss what they have reached. I have learned communication skills ,optimization of New site, Neighbour addition. I also learned how to analysis trial using software such as actics and sonar.I did customer care where I resolved customers issues and also was able to use several software used in Vodacom. It is a good telecommunication company where there is so much opportunities for growth in different categories.

Perfect place to learn customer care.
- A typical day would consist of teaching customers on how to use their newly purchased devices. It would also consist of troubleshooting and repair theirs malfunctioning or other wise damaged devices. - Relationship among co-workers is comparable to a well oiled machine as we sometimes over-compensate , by being able to be flexible enough to assist one other even if we are working totally different positions. - I have learnt to have a lot of patience and consideration towards others, especially those who know far less then I do when it comes to tech. - I honestly enjoy exploring and mastering newly released devices and features. - I also enjoy the human interaction and challenges they present me with in hopes to be solved. - The most challenging aspect of my career is the Racism one experiences from time to time. Whenever you get difficult and prejudice customers.
Pros: Working with newly released tech and cellular softwares.
Cons: Being forced to work short staffed and over-worked without compensation.

Fast learner and team player
I would be ideal in a position as a Stock Controller / Purchaser or Accounts Manager to contribute to the company’s growth with the skills and knowledge that I have. I am highly adaptable individual who can deliver high quality of work in a fast paced and challenging environment. I work well independently or as part of a team with the ability to motivate colleagues with excellent izational and time management. I always ensure a positive, proactive and professional business approach Is achieved with employees, management, suppliers and customers. I am always willing to go the extra mile to ensure optimal results are achieved and the business unit show positive results. I have excellent communication skills and enjoys working with people. Medium learing curve
We notwe work less hours and we don't go to work every day as the store is too small,we do not gain experience as much because we spent most of the time at the door sanitizing people

Perfect student

A very good place to grow in your skills
I have work at Merchants (Vodacom as a customer service assist customers with different types of products over the the phone. Customers will be calling in and assist them with query like sim swap,accounts payments, airtime upgrades new lines or old,data and many more. I enjoy working there because every day is a new challenge assist difficult customers with different products but at the end I have to have the solution for them. At Vodacom we work as a team and help each other but is very fast paced environment to work in. Always you have to think outside the box so the customers can be happy..

Great with excel
Working as a billing specialist is very difficult and has daily challenges but being a specialist give you the opportunity to work as an individual and that always makes problem solving and makes it very easy keeping track with your customers/clients. Working as a team also makes daily task easy as that is the time you learn how co-workers solve their queries and that gives you the opportunity to take note and learn something new every time

I manage to cover all task that are related to marketing management I enjoy communication My relationship with my colleques is perfect The challenges that I have overcome is to have customers that are not easily convinced and that have anger while they don't want to listen.
