Excellent learning curve
My day is not an ordinary day , it changes as the day goes on. We have meetings and reports due any time of the day. I work extremely close with the business units, we have an excellent relationship as communication is key. I have learnt about the different equipment used in the Vodacom sites, and how it operates. I learnt about the targets that each business unit has and work it entails to reach the target. I enjoy a challenge, and in this environment we are challenged all the time. there is never a dull moment or where you have nothing to do, you have to think and each situation that we experience is unique. I think the most challenging things about my job is staying away from , as there is always things that needs to be done and there is never a moment that you are never required or needed.
Pros: i am a quick thinker, learner, i am always willing to asssit and can never say no t helping others
Cons: I can never say no, i will say that is a cons. As it is good and bad. good - helping people however bad - can be that people take advantage of my kind nature

I learned about aspects of technology
Im the best at what i do since j worked for vodacom i became a strong person which i had wonderful relationship with my client as they knew i would deliver the best in time so many would recommend me due to my works
Pros: i worked in 3 departments in a space of 3 years
Cons: working on weekends aswel for some extra cash

Learned alot
When i first walked into Vodacom i did not know half of the things about phones than i know now its realy an great job for learning but the hours and off days are my biggest isue and i need to move on.. find something new to do

Collection exprience
I enjoy reaching the ultimate goal in each and every call I make, assisting clients is the most enjoyable experience ever. I love Team challenges and working together as team that way I get to interact with my co-workers and get to know each other better but getting to solve a query that its not within my department is the most challenging aspect of the job as I don't like giving clients incorrect information to clients

Excellent environmental work and customer services
I have obtained my BSc Environmental Sciences qualification from University of Venda during the year 2012 under the surpervision of Prof J.S Ogola and Dr A.H Dacosta. Also coordinating the investigation when managing the alien and invasive species along the Herziview area as part of the project. For my work experience I have always seen myself as a good problem solver accompanied with good communication skills. I am able to archive this by seeing a situation from different perspective point of view. I have been exposed on the projects wherein Environmental issues has been always considered while clearing the vegetation for development purposes as well as the environmental impact assessments I also have an excellent planning and development skills.

Good selling skills and communication skill and target driven

Learning to adapt and face challenges head on
Working with a team as team to achieve a common goal which is to assist customers right the first time Getting along with your team members makes it to work inn a callcentre enviroment since your teammates are also your support system which makes the job easier especially when dealing with those challenging queries. Having to deal with customers over the phone can be a challenge especially those who are'nt familiar with the product they are using since you're unable to demonstrate to them and that's where I've learnt to be patient and work with them to get the query resolved and when all is done I feel proud that I have taught them how to resolved the problem on their own
Pros: Opportunity to grow as a person and be able to adapt to change
